I have ordered both clothes and bedding and the quality of everything has been wonderful. The bedding is absolutely worth the investment I have slept so much better on the linen. It truly is magical !! The clothes feel wonderful on are so comfortable!

Needed some custom sizes for curtains and when I reached out with questions they were extremely helpful, kind, speedy with replies, and even helped me order some sample swatches so I could make sure the color was exactly as desired. Unbelievably fast shipping too, I thought they would have still been working on the custom order, but they were already finished and delivered within a week, a wonderful surprise. And the quality was just as expected, overall a great ordering experience and will definitely be ordering more from them in the future. My purchase was dropped off at the wrong address by FedEx. Customer support quickly contacted FedEx and had the product shipped to the correct address. Very easy to work with!

I have been a loyal customer over a couple of years now. I have had the opportunity to compare linen bedding from a few other companies at the same price point and they have not been able to stand the comparison.
I have several mix set of fitted sheets, flat sheets, covers and pillowcase, the colour palet is beautiful and the quality is very satisfying (190 g/sqm) and confortable to sleep in, whenever it’s winter or summer. I also have a couple of pajamas that are lovely and true to size. I even purchased a couple of curtains set (they’re very simple though but with a wide variety of dimensions).
My experience with the client service has also been good (a missing article and a return for exchange).

I would give more stars if I could! The customer service is outstanding. I was on a tight time line and they delivered ahead of schedule. The dress is beautiful and I’m so excited to wear it, it’s going to be perfect for our family photoshoot.

This is a great company with great products and even better customer service. I purchased a charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and 2 pillow cases. The shipping all the way to the US was incredibly fast (maybe a few days). Sadly, when my order arrived, my duvet cover was a different shade of gray than the pillow cases and fitted sheet. I reached out to their customer service department and they were apologetic and beyond happy to send me a new duvet cover of the proper color. It sound like the reason for the color discrepancy was due to a recent changing of their materials/dye process to improve the quality of the linen. All in all, they were very quick to respond and super easy to work with. I am beyond happy with my experience and would happily buy from them again. Well worth the price for quality products and services.

I love buying linen products from Magic Linen. They are very responsive when I have custom orders and go out of their way to ensure I can get what I am wanting. I have ordered from Magic Linen for the past 5 years and continue to fill my home with their high quality linen products.

I’ve ordered 2 couch covers and 6 custom sham covers from them. Great quality for affordable prices! We wash them in sanitize mode (maximum temp and spin) and have had no problems with the fabric. If anything, it has gotten even softer and comfier. No color fading as well, it’s amazing. When I had difficulties with my sham (too tight), customer service was EXCELLENT in working with me to accommodate a new design that works for my needs. I definitely recommend them and my only regret is buying my linen sheets from Parachute instead of Magic Linen… ML has cheaper and way better linen with lasting colors and great customer service! Shipping was also fairly quick for something custom made.

Been using them for years and I love all my items form Magic Linen, they are the no.1 stop for linen for me. The colours are delectable, and picking/choosing, and designing your own colour scheme is amazing.

The garment I got is beautiful and beautifully made. I ordered the wrong size, and I was able to return it easily and I love my pants. The employees were kind and caring.

I looked at a lot of companies when I wanted to buy some linen bedding and decided on Magic Linen because I really liked the story of their company and how they employ local women who make their products in-house in Lithuania instead of being mass produced in a factory. I have made several orders and have been very happy with everything - their products are beautifully made with thoughtful details and the linen is a wonderful texture that is the perfect combination of soft but sturdy which is great for long lasting sheets and towels. The duvet cover that I purchased from ML still looks and feels great after a year of use. Beyond the quality of their products, they are just a great company in general - very efficient and genuine customer service that shows that they really care about their customers. I feel like all of these aspects make them an excellent company to support!
