I love my new blender Magimix

I love my new blender Magimix. I mostly use the smoothie and soup options. It is nice that the main material is glass for both the big and small glass. It also comes with two plastic glasses fo smoothies to go. I just wish that there were options for this to-go options in glass and not only plastic. I would actually buy them separately if they were available.

Too loud and burning smell

Oui, c’est tout à fait normal ! Quand un blender est neuf, il peut parfois dégager une petite odeur de « chaud » ou plastique, surtout si le moteur chauffe un peu lors des premières utilisations.
Cette odeur disparaît généralement après quelques utilisations et ne représente aucun danger.

Do not buy from Magimix

I wish I had read reviews here before buying from Magimix. The Mini Plus I purchased did not work but because I submitted a claim one day after the 28 day period, they would only accept the return if they themselves found something wrong with the machine. Surprise surprise, they found nothing wrong with it, so now I'm stuck with an expensive and defective piece of junk.

Update: after Magimix responded below, I followed the instruction and submitted a new case. This is the response I received:
"The UK after care team have already responded to and closed your case.
The French team will not be able to assist further."
what a waste of time.

I repeat: do not bother with this company - crap products and useless customer 'care'

I ordered the XL Bowl Kit for the Magimix Cook Expert From Magimix Australia 9 days ago stock levels show in stock. No tracking not sent. So I rang their 1300-624-469 number and an answering machine says they no longer accept calls. So now after sending 2 emails requesting update. I have filed a non received item through PayPal. So much for a 30 year motor warranty how can you trust them when they wont even send out the item or answer emails. Steer well clear of them. I thoght Thermomix was bad but at least they answer their phones.

Expensive steamer broke on first use

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Magimix Multi-Function Steamer 11581, which I purchased through Juicers for over £170. Given the premium price and Magimix’s reputation, I expected a reliable, high-quality product. Instead, it was faulty on the very first use – cutting out as soon as the water boiled, works like a cheap kettle.

What makes this worse is the poor experience I’ve had in trying to return it. I immediately followed the retailer Juicers’ return process and provided all the evidence requested, including a video demonstration of the fault – something no customer should reasonably be expected to do just to prove they’ve received defective goods. Despite complying, my return request has been met with silence and delay.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Magimix as a brand. Not only was the product itself unreliable, but I’ve been left waiting far too long for any resolution. For a company that markets itself on quality, this level of failure – both in product reliability and customer support – is unacceptable.

Beware - do not buy from Magimix

I bought a blender direct from Magimix. It worked twice and then stopped working. I registered the product and the guarantee. 10 days ago I contacted the company to request help / a replacement etc. Nothing. I have since contacted them again - nothing. They are happy to sell you a product but not to deal with it when it goes wrong. They are living off a reputation which is ill-deserved. Beware - do not buy from this company

My items were ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago and still haven't been delivered. I've contacted the customer service team who has responded twice saying that they will investigate it but I never get any reply as to where my parcel is.

After 6 months the blender is unusable

After 6 months the blender is unusable. The copper tube is completely worn out for the second time and because of this there is so much play on the shaft of the blade that liquids simply run out. I ask the customer service of Magimix to send a new blade, but they refuse! While I submit this complaint well within the warranty period. With all the associated articles I have spent more than € 300 on this blender. Wasted money! You can expect from such an expensive blender to have bearing parts. So do not buy a Magimix, because the quality is so poor!

My €1000 Cook Expert started leaking…

My €1000 Cook Expert started leaking and I asked Support for help. I got the automated acknowledgement but no follow up.

I gambled on a €100 blade replacement that seems to have fixed the problem.

I tried to follow up my support request asking them to close my case and ask for my feedback. Still no reply.

Fuckwits.

Absolutely not worth the 1200 chf I…

Absolutely not worth the 1200 chf I spent for a product that claims to do many things. The results are very disappointing,
The cooking pan is uncomfortable to use and to clean. When the food is ready a big amount stays under the blade as you can't remove it. Following the recipe step by step as it shows on the magimix ap, it burn the food on the bottom. Consider that it heats only on the bottom and it cooks unevenly.
The Bolognese sauce comes out mashed,
Using the food processor, it remains a big chunk of veggies uncut. The fact that u have to use 2-3 bowls to prepare a pesto it doesn't make a mom's life easier as I have to clean all of them...
As I said very very very unhappy with the product. There are BETTER options than Magimix.

I am trying to contact Magimix France…

I am trying to contact Magimix France and put comments on a site ..no luck so far. BUT as my "complaint" covers one of your products I think it is appropriate to write this here too. I purchased a Magimix Juicer 3.this year in March 2022 Having had different brands I wanted to have a "Rolls Royce Extractor" Unfortunately, it has not lived up to any good standards at all for me . Reasons being:it is very messy to remove the pulp ,other machines I have had have an extra jug for that .The latter makes it very simple. I need to clean it out once or twice as make quite a bit of juice.Time consuming indeed,ie not user friendly at all.The quality of the juice ,whilst it makes more than other juicers,is thinner and not very tasty ,earthy infact... And the next day when taken out of the fridge is undrinkable as it coagulates. Recently I tried to juice celery it blocked up the plastic cover and jammed the machine . After all the above issues, I have now stopped using it completely. Very disappointing ! Perhaps you could give me an address where I can write to Magimix France. I have already drafted a letter, asking for a full refund and will glady post back the machine in its original package. The shop I bought it from, Darty, were not interested ,and told me to contact Magimix directly .....great Customer service !
