I paid $109.05 for 2 sets of lashes. Still waiting for lashes, it’s been 3 MONTHS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They will take your money and never send you anything. If you wanna hear more from ACTUAL customers, look up the group on Facebook, there’s hundreds of us with the same story of getting ripped off by Magnetic SL

SCAM!!! This company is a scam, buyer beware! It's been months and I have yet to receive my order. Received the fake tracking information just like everyone else. Still in Chicago! Buy from someone else, don't waste your previous time and money!

I will start by saying that I have also filed a complaint with econsumer.gov (not with BBB because the company is based in France). Stay clear of this company, it is a scam. I placed an order 04/11/20 and on 04/27/20 I received a shipping notification email saying my order was shipped. I checked the tracking and it says that on 04/24/20 is was shipping from Chicago, IL and was given to the carrier service to deliver to USPS for shipment. After a week I noticed that the tracking had NEVER updated. I reached out to customer support and received a fairly generic email saying that they were sorry and that there were a couple issues with Quality where 10,000 items did not pass the quality check, as well as there was an issue with their carrier service. They apologized and said my order would be received within "7 business days MAXIMUM", well that's funny cause it had shipped out 10 business days before I sent the email. I figured there was an issue with the carrier and decided to give it a little more time. Still nothing. I sent another email asking for more assistance and NEVER received a response. On 05/26/20 (well over a month of ordering) I emailed AGAIN and received an email from a supposed customer service manager, Emily, stating she was sorry it was never communicated to me that there was an issue with shipments being held at customs. She stated that she looked into my order and it was being held at customs, that she would reach out immediately to get the matter resolved. Well that is weird because it shipped from a distribution center within the United States to be delivered to a United States address.... ummm how was my package being held at customs?! Not only that, but I never received another shipping notice that there was an issue with my first order and a second was being sent directly from their company if this was the case. Here we are in June (TWO DAYS AWAY FROM TWO MONTHS FROM ORDER) and I STILL have not received my product, received a refund, or any other communication. Customs has started to lift a lot of restrictions due to COVID-19 and if a package was being held for the length of time mine apparently was then it should have been able to be delivered by now.... This has scam written all over it. SHAME on the public figure who is advertising this product for this company and letting them paste her name all over their site saying they are her favorite lashes. I hope she sees how much of a scam this company is and has them take down her ad and remove her name and promo from the site. Buyer be ware!!!! I'd give it no stars if I could.

I ordered early April and received a shipping notice a couple weeks later (4/25). They have been sitting in Chicago waiting to be picked up by USPS since then (it's now 6/8). Multiple emails to customer service, a private message on Facebook and just a generic response reassuring me my package is on its way. Filing a complaint with my credit card company tomorrow to get a refund. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Ordered my lashes back first week of May. Fake tracking number, lashes in Chicago forever. Don’t order. Fake lashes, Jake company with fake 5 star reviews

Never received my order. No response from customer service and they delete any comments I put on their social media.

Still getting no where with customer service. Ive resorted to contacting my bank to get a refund. Total scam, don't ever give these people your credit card info. You've been warned!

Please do not order from this company. I placed an order on April 9th and keep getting the runaround when I ask for a shipping update or refund. I am contacting my credit card company to file a dispute. Please, please, save your money and do not waste your time. You'll only end up with a bogus tracking number.

I placed an order on May 1 because of a video featuring Kourtney Kardashian. Since then I have still not gotten my lashes. I have gotten a fake tracking number, automated emails that don't make sense whatsoever. I will be contacting my bank today since there are still no updates from them. There is a LARGE group of ladies that are having the same issue. There are people all over the world that have not rec'd their orders. They have used likeness' of people they have not gotten permission from as well. I have tried to contact them via FB (zero response) ,EMAIL ETC. all automated. Bad business! Do not deal with them. They will take your money and run.

I WISH THERE WERE THE CAPABILITY TO RATE WITH LESS THAT ONE STAR - THAT IS MORE THAN THEY DESERVE. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A GIFT FOR A FRIEND A MONTH AGO. WHEN I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER, I SAW THAT THE ADDRESS WAS NOT COMPLETE - THERE WAS NO STREET NUMBER WITH THE ADDRESS. I IMMEDIATELY TRIED TO CONTACT SOMEONE (LIKE WITHIN SECONDS) TO INTERCEPT PROCESSING/DELIVERY. IT TOOK SOMEONE MORE THAN 4 DAYS TO RESPOND - THEN THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. IN THE MEANTIME, MY CARD WAS AND HAS BEEN CHARGED! THE ITEM IS STILL SITTING IN A CHICAGO WAREHOUSE (ACCORDING TO THE TRACKER) UNABLE TO GO ANYWHERE BECAUSE THE ADDRESS IS NOT COMPLETE. YET, 12 - YES I SAID TWELVE - EMAILS LATER THEY STILL SAY THE SAME THING, "THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND CANNOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED." THIS COMPANY HAS ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - ONLY THE ONE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IM SURE GOES TO A ROBOT - IF ITS NOT A ROBOT, THE PERSON CANNOT READ, BECAUSE THEY NEVER REALLY ANSWER THE QUESTION! WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER WHERE PEOPLE CAN CONTACT YOU MORE EFFICIENTLY????
MEANWHILE, THEY HAVE MY $55 AND I NOR MY FRIEND WILL EVER SEE THE LASHES. WAY TO GO KARDASHIANS - AWESOME BUSINESSES YOU'RE RUNNING AND PROMOTING. UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THIS SCAM!

I know so many are complaining that they have not received their product but IT'S COMING. I bought my lashes on March 30th and it took two months for me to receive my product. I talked to a rep and because of them being located in New Jersey, they are way backed up due to covid19! Please be patient as this is a crazy time!!! I thought my tracking was fake too but it was just stuck in one place for a long time!!! You'll get your product I promise!! By the way they are AWESOME!!

Like most have stated... This is a scam! Since I placed my order in March, my tracking status has said it was in Chicago. When I emailed the company that said it was still out if the country??? Each time I email they ensure it is on its way and should be at my house "anyday now". My tracking has never changed. There is a Facebook page dedicated to those scammed by the company. Please don't waste your time or money! Look elsewhere!

I recieved my order after waiting 3 months and they would not send a refund. It is clearly not an issue with couriers but their warehouse/production yet they won't admit it. Do not buy from them. The quality is extremely poor. There are many other companies out there which deliver within a couple of days that are much better. Waste of money and waste of time. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere

I contacted my credit company too. I placed my order two months ago and still nothing. I was told my order was either on the way, or it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. This site should allow you to post the company’s emails.

This a scam! They never ship them and will give you the run around in emails. It's been 3 months and they still have never sent them and refuse to give a refund! Never buy from them!

Deserves 0 stars! Finally got a new “tracking number” because my package was “stolen” but guess this one has been stolen too because this tracking number is fake as well. Give it up MagneticSL admit you’re a fraud and stealing people’s money! I ordered 04/04/2020 I’ve been given multiple fake tracking numbers and now they won’t even reply to me, I’ve started filing a civil lawsuit and I’m taking interest on what you owe me, they won’t know what hits them. MagneticSL I hope you’re reading this! Your company is going down!

I ordered these eyelashes in April did not receive them into June . When I tried to contact them about my eyelashes , there was no phone number only way to contact was through email . The kind I had ordered was light Russian volume kind . I spent 40 dollars and got eyelashes in a case but no eyeliner in the kit . Which you would assume would come in the kit . Also the mirror it came in was all scratched up and when I tried to put on eyelashes on the magnet part broke on each one. There was a lot good reviews on magnetic sl site so I thought I would give it a try and I was very disappointed . Also I tried to make a review on their actually site and it would not let me. Stay away from this site because it’s very misleading on what you will receive and you will be waiting 3 months . Also I cannot believe the Courtney Kardashian put her name on this . Very disappointed .

Update:
Finally received my order a little over 2 months of waiting. The wait was not worth it since the lashes themselves were very cheap looking. I wore them once and threw them away. Save your money and stay away from this brand.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered April 22. Have since received emails saying that my item has shipped but the tracking number they provided has not moved. Email responses are very vague. They have told me multiple times I will get my items in a few days. Well it’s June 5th now and I have not received my item. If this company could be honest they probably wouldn’t have so many angry customers. I’ve learned my lesson. They won’t ever get another order from me.
