I made a mistake in my online order, which was for several screens costing over $300. As soon as I realized my mistake, which was just a few minutes later, I emailed the company (I would have phoned, but couldn’t find a local phone number on their website). When they responded by email, they advised that they charge a 12.5% fee for cancellations. I was going to reorder, but I won’t now.
I ordered magnetic window screens, as the website suggests that is what they sell. They ended up shipping me Velcro only screens instead. There’s not a single magnet in any of the 4 screens I received. When I contacted them to ask to exchange for what I had truly ordered I find out they need to be shipped to THAILAND, at my own expense. And I’m charged $30 non-refundable - because they made a mistake of sending me the wrong item. Very, very disappointing. I’m not sure at this point if they actually even have magnetic window screens. Beware of dealing with this company!
The product received is defective. They advertise a great customer service team. False: There is no reply to complaints. So I wrote a review. It was not published but went to "comment verification" and never appeared on website. Only glowing reviews there. Avoid.
