I've been a customer of Magnosphere for 5 years, but I am not one to write reviews -- but I am really surprised how low the score is here. These guys are among the best in the business: reliable, friendly, and resonable prices. I hope to see that some of the actual satisfied customers start singing well deserved praises for the firm.

The magnet I bought was significantly stronger than the one I received. When I enquired to Magnosphere they took two weeks to get back to me, informed me that I'd ordered the wrong one despite on my order form having selected the correct large magnet. When presented with this evidence they responded that they have changed an error on the website and there's nothing they can do. I returned the original magnet and still have received no refund 6 months later. Useless company, do not use.

I bought three magnets from them but unfortunately I had to return one. Once the product has been sent, I do not receive any communication regarding the refund. I contact them several times by e-mail and in the end they reply that the refund will not be made for the damaged item, and that they will send me the appraisal, obviously never arrived. It seems like a scam to not refund the product, as there is no way to verify what they claim. No more and bad publicity.

Magnosphere really came through when my other supply chains were diminished. They had the crucial components for my products. Might be my ‘go to’ after all this is over, they were quick, responsive and delivered with a reasonable time frame given our current situation.

The Covid virus has impacted our business supply chain significantly - combine that with Brexit and we found ourselves in hot water. Magnets are a critical component in our products and all of a sudden, no-one had what we needed (within a realistic time frame). Enter Magnosphere - although a German company, their customer service spoke English well and were able to understand and quote my project requirements quickly. Shortly thereafter, I received the product and was very happy with the quality. I write this review because Magnosphere went to great lengths to make sure I resolved my time-sensitive and potentially costly challenge. Thank you guys. Will definitely rely on Magnosphere for future projects.

Magnosphere understands the importance of high quality magnetic components at competitive prices and I hold him to it. I’m all about service and attention to detail and they have never disappointed. They’re my defacto go to, as others over promise and under deliver. They supply me motor magnets and also provide magnetic products that demand absolute reliability and high endurance. That’s my expectation and they exceed where others fail - all the time - they’re a partner not a vendor who has earned my transfer of trust while always meeting my timely delivery deadlines.

Poor customer service. Ordered 100 magnets 10 days ago. 3 days in, I observed the status hadn't changed emailed them but with no response. Received a notification today saying a currency issue on their side meant they blocked my order and manually processed it, I paid with PayPal. I asked for a refund on the £10 delivery fee and was told I could have my order cancelled or nothing. Poor service, ordered from another supplier in the end.
