Damaged desk, insulting compensation, and slow support

Shortly after posting this review, Maidesite finally reached out and issued a full refund for the damaged desk. I appreciate that they eventually made things right.
======= OLD review =======
I am highly unsatisfied with my Maidesite experience. My new standing desk frame arrived with multiple deep nicks and scratches on the metal, plus a small dent in the power supply.
To make matters worse, they refuse to admit this is a manufacturing quality control issue. They keep blaming the shipping courier, even though my photos clearly show scratches under the foam protection in areas that couldn't possibly get hit during transit.
Their first compensation offer was an insulting 20 EUR. I had to push them really hard just to get their "maximum" offer, which was only 15 EUR more. 35 EUR is still an absolute joke for a product that was supposed to be brand new, costing 340 EUR, but arrived with defects.
They did offer to arrange a carrier pickup for a return, but that's a huge headache. It means I'd have to sit at home all day waiting around, which just doesn't work for me at all.
On top of that, the whole communication process has been incredibly slow and difficult. Their customer support is based in China, so the time zone difference makes a simple back-and-forth conversation take forever. Highly disappointed.

height changing desk
I bought a Desk with the function of changing the height.
I really do like it, its easy to handle, the design is modern and minimalistic and actually it´s just what i would expect out of it.
Sadly at first the pieces were incomplete. I wrote maidesite´s customer service an email and without any further ado i received the missing pieces and were able to build it comfortably, easily and without any problems.
The instructions are clear, even for me, who isn´t quiet as big in building as one can be. It took me and a friend approximatly 1h to set it up.
High recommandation and thank you again :)

Worth the money
The quality of the table SN1 - Electric Height Adjustable Desk is really good and is easy to install. With the load of 58inch monitor and a big laptop, the table height can be adjusted smoothly without any issue. My son who is 1.8m tall can also use this table comfortably. I am glad I didn't waste my money by buying this table.

Easy to install, overall good desk
Fast delivery, good instructions and very easy to install. Oval legs are beautiful. The quality / touch feeling of table top material was a bit disappointing. Collision protection doesn’t seem to work. It almost broked my desktop computer underneath.
