Mail.com is very unstable and sometimes…

Mail.com is very unstable and sometimes takes forever to load emails. As well as certain folders will close out mail.com completely without opening ever. I am deleted and reinstalled many times to no avail and it keeps acting like there is a folder and you go to open it and the whole thing shuts down

Awful experience

First time heard of this website, first time did the registration and immediately after registration it just blocked my account for some sort of activity. What kind of activity as I have opened the page for the first time and don't even know how that page works. Unbelievable experience and based on it I would NEVER recommend this site.

My email has been hacked by someone in…

My email has been hacked by someone in India, changing the password, backup email address and contact number so it's impossible to access my emails. I have raised three support requests asking for help to remove the hacker details and replace with my details again. They have sent me two emails just telling me to reset my password which, I am unable to do. Not impressed with the support team at all!!

Id give -9 if I could

Id give -9 if I could . I opened the email with no hustles over a decade ago now they simply blocked it; my tax info; my online banking profile and education material is lost just like that. They blocked with not reason now I've lost soo much this f&£up. Why don't they atleast give you a week s notice if they are going out of business instead of just blocking emails for no apparent reason.

Hoples to get help from Mail.com

I cant recover my password.i have tried several options.Mail .com can not help me.over and over the same thing however no recovery I'm so verstrated with Mail.com feels like they hold me ransome for not help me recover my mail locked in.
I'm not the expert only a simple line user that must beg to get me back to my emails to just sent me a recovery solution
Please please help me to recover my email without all the going rond and get no were silotions that do not help me recover my emails.

Mail.com

Mail.com is straightforward and up-front about its nature. It is an e-mail service: What you see is what you get. You do not have overly intrusive virus ads that are incorporated into the flow of the e-mails like other e-mails do. Each tab option in the readouts such as Favorites, Sent, Spam, Drafts, and Outbox is exactly what they are. Nothing added. No cross-links that lead into something else. When you click on it it is just that. It is what it is. E-mail service that you can trust to be what it states that it is.

Mail.com blocked my account

I have been using mail.com for some time, but recently faced significant issues. My account was unexpectedly blocked, and despite following the provided recovery steps, I did not receive the verification code on my phone. Attempts to reach customer support were futile, as all processes seemed automated with no human assistance available. This experience has been frustrating, and I urge mail.com to improve their account recovery process and customer support services.

Worst you could ever expect.

Worst you could ever expect.

Never ever use them! I have just created a mail account for one purpose: to link a second authorisation from a storage provider. Never ever sent a single email from them. Received only few confirmation emails from my storage provider. Then boom, account is temporarily blocked due to suspicious activity. I couldn't understand, what activity? It's just 10 minutes old! It tells I should get in touch with customer support. OK, I sent them a message. After 24 plus hours I get a response, that they regret to inform me, but I breached their terms. How? When? In 10 minutes without a single email sent and receiving two from the international company? Their email was obviously simply automated response, most likely they don't have enough staff to deal with anything, or just lazy.

Normally, I wouldn't care at all, but it literally caused me 300$ damage, just 10 minutes! NEVER EVER TRUST MAIL COM AND THEIR PARENT COMPANY 1&1
