AVOID AVOID AVOID
Created an account that was blocked within 24 hours for no reason and then its impossible to get any support. AI bot that just repeats the same conversation. filled in the contact form 5 times over a week with no response at all.
I would say its a scam but its probably just a really useless email account
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Very slow loading
Very slow loading, occasional acceptance issues, and regrettable primary account usage. Please fix this as soon as possible.
Avoid them as plague
They blocked me after 2 hours I have created and I was in the process of changing my email on banks etc......avoid them as plague. No human support either
mail.com
last week all my mails disappeard from my account i wrote a complain but they don´t respond or send me anything at all
Account locked and no way to unlock it
After a week of using it they locked it with no explanationand no way to unlock it. There is no way to get support, just a chatbot makes you fill out a form. It seems like a scam to make you pay for premium support
Mail.com is terrible
Mail.com is terrible. I kept trying to log into my account and it kept sending me verification codes through the phone. I would enter the code manually and it kept telling me the code was wrong. Well ultimately it ends up locking me out. I've emailed them multiple times now even answered questions they asked me to answer in order to unlock this account when it shouldn't have been locked to begin with. I can't believe they charge for services. I am so happy I didn't sign up for the paid one because I nearly did. I have important emails I need to review in this account and they will not let me get in. They won't even acknowledge me now I can't rate them higher than a one when I can't get into the account. I wasn't even entering the wrong password. They just wanted verification because I hadn't logged in for a long time but less than 6 months. I last logged in in October 2025. When doing a job interview. They offered me that job in January 2026 but they had to call me because I stopped receiving notifications for mail.com. Again, I tried to log into mail.com and it kept sending me verifications that it wouldn't accept. I even tried logging in on different browsers. Do not pay for their services. They are not going to help you. I feel so blessed. I did not sign up and pay because I was looking for a good email service but this is not the one.
The process was very interesting
The process was very interesting, the liberation is rewarding
Support is AI based with no physical intervention.
My wife and I have used mail.com for many years, but before Christmas my wife's email was blocked and she could not send or receive email. On her behalf I contacted support and was sent a questionnare which after filling in would result in email being unblocked. This was filled in and sent to them and the response was exactly the same as before with the same details being asked. This happened a further four times with no success, so my wife has had to choose a new provider. Customer support at mail.com would appear to be AI based, with no physical intervention, so do not consider opening an account with them
Like other users
Like other users, suddenly and without notice unable to send or receive mail. Ongoing since Dec 23rd, support is either non-existent or irrelevant. Their last reply (after several ignored emails) asked me if I had been messing with MX records.
It's a shame, because I had this account for many years, but now I have to switch.
“Don’t judge a book by its cover,” they say.
Nope, you can’t delete your account. You can’t enable 2FA. The only good thing about MAIL.COM is the “@mail.com” domain. Don’t fall for it, it’s nothing more than cosmetic.
If I could give no stars I would..
If I could give no stars I would... All good when working OK.. Wait until things go wrong! So called support team is a joke... Unresponsive... trying to retrieve a password is never going to happen.. Im going to have to change my email address which is not going to be easy as it's my business email address.
Thanks for nothing!!!

Won’t let me login to my account I’ve had for years, I’ve not changed my password I’m suddenly logged out and apparently my password is incorrect. I’ve tried to reset and had no response, I’d stay away in future.

No in app adverts or threats of email deletion bcoz of storage. It's smooth sailing I wld say.
Please don’t use this service. Entire domain offline
Since the 23rd, the “usa.com” domain they offer on their site has been completely offline. Anyone with this email domain can no longer send or receive emails. Unfortunately I made the mistake of trusting mail.com as my main email provider. Despite paying for premium support, it doesn’t exist. They can’t help you. This isn’t a case of “my account was wrongly suspended” this is literally an entire domain of emails being rendered useless. Look at their twitter, countless people have the same problem as me. If this isn’t fixed, I will have to call every account I’ve made with this email and beg them to change it. Please, save yourself and don’t use this service
Mail.com has an ongoing issue with…
Mail.com has an ongoing issue with incoming emails not being delivered since 12/23/2025 I can’t receive any incoming emails. I’m a premium acct holder I called and I was given no ETA and no reason as to the issue. This is not due to my end I have done nothing no changes etc. My business relies on my emails being received and this is a disaster. They need to fix this immediately!
SERVER DOWN for over 48 HOURS
Server down for over 48 hours. Customer Service is a joke. No estimate when service will return. Started looking for a new provider. BEWARE of MAIL.COM
Poor Service
I can’t do anything because of the “Oops, something went wrong!” error. This is a really terrible service.
I tried to set up 2FA for account security, but the same error occurred more than five times, making it impossible to do anything. I waited about a month and tried again, but I still couldn’t do anything. I no longer trust this service and find it completely useless, so I tried to delete my account, but the same error prevented me from doing that as well.
No matter what, AVOID mail.com AT ALL COSTS.
Blocked my free email registration without warning!
Without prior warning, I set up my desired email address, which is a configuration of my real name. They demanded my phone number, which they got (with country code, etc...), my date of birth, then immediately I got a message telling me that they suspected I was in a country that doesn't allow me to obtain a free email, by using a VPN. My own online banking doesn't ever question my VPN, and it functions perfectly around my VPN! So, I switched off my VPN, removed all of my browser security, and tried again, completing the process, this time. Now, they told me that my account was blocked due to 'irregular activity', and to contact customer support. So I tried to do just that, to see a message telling me that if my account was blocked at registration, then it could not be unblocked! Further checking, I discovered that the company is in the U.S. Typical inconsiderate, rude, and arrogant American bullshit!
Email permanently deactivated for no reason
I made a new email address. I didn't start using it immediately, then when I did a couple of weeks later, it was blocked for "unusual activity".
When I emailed them to unblock it, they replied saying it was permanently blocked and that was it, they could do nothing more to help.
It was blocked for "unusual activity". There had been no activity.
Hopeless.

First account was blocked without any reason. Second time the same. I can’t trust this email
