Terrible Support!!!
The mail works ok, however it's impossible to get support. Their automated help system is limited to very few situations and then it sends you back to the FAQ's.
It's a scam
It's a scam. I tried signing up a few years ago and was immediately denied because of "abuse." Seriously. Abuse. My only experience with this company is trying to create an email account. How is that abuse? My handle did not contain any slurs, swears, or any other foul language whatsoever.
I appealed it, and was informed that my account will remain blocked, decision is final, and they straight up said they will not explain why. I tried responding and they ignored me. I can only assume any positive reviews here are fake, as I'm not sure if this is a real business.
Also want to note that this was in 2022, and I still have the message they sent me so I can prove my experience is real.
Mail.com left me twisting in the breeze
After i have been using one of their domains (instruction.com) for 25 years, the company discontinued the domain without notice this month. I have been left with about a hundred web sites that I cannot log into any more. Can't change email for those sites because they send a reset email to the dead instruction.com address which I cannot access.
It would have made things so much easier if mail.com had given notice of what was going to happen, but no - happened without notice.

I almost immediately was locked out of my brand new email account. The remedy "contact us" took me to an automated system that was zero help. I did, however, have the option to upgrade and pay for a premium account - where I would get help from an actual person.
I still cannot get on and read my emails... so I give up. I would not recommend to anyone.
Mail.com absolutely bag of horse muck
Absolutely bag of horse muck, worst customer service if you can call it that,
Typed in right email address right password and got denied access to my emails.
Ok I thought maybe I forgot to password or something I know to save this in future I will recover password,
The link came I entered new password I wanted to use nice and easy system said password changed, good I think definitely know password just set it.
Went to logg in wrong password entered access denied, I tried again it came up technical error
Tried to recover password 5 time after using 5 links it still come up tech error or wrong details I checked triple checked details.
Messaged this company to just be given a link which resulted in same ending.
Crap total crap

good service
very nice
very nice, simple and not invasive mail. if you like clarity, simplicity and no bull poop, this mail is for You ❤️ and they have cool mail domains which is fun
Works great and no more spam!!
Error after error after error.
I find it comes up with an "oops! - something went wrong...Return to indox" 99% of the time when I try to search for an email, but also when I sign in.
No good when you want to look back on pages for a historic email.
Could be better!
YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA WILL BE ACCESSED IF…
YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA WILL BE ACCESSED IF YOU USE THIS EMAIL CLIENT!.
That comes from experience of using two separate email accounts with "mail.com".
So around 4 years ago I opened a 'free' email account with mail.com and then opened a new facebook account with the same email, after a few month i had added 100's of friends and family, some time later I stopped using facebook and the email address as I was busy working away, about 4 months later when I got back home I went to log into the email and was locked out everytime? I tried to contact support but with mail.com UNLESS your paying for the email address they simply offer almost zero support!.
So eventually I gave up and opened another email address to find I was again locked out of the email accounts months later and yet again mail.com offered NO support!.
Then only yesterday did I find my old account on FB and it had all my contacts on but some person is running the facebook account and they are from asia!
There was no point in contacting mail.com and I know its my fb account as the name is ultra rare, its got the pictures I uploaded of my life on it and they have added their contacts onto the account laughing and joking about doing so on some public posts.
Facebook cant get their heads around what im reporting so ive tried to reach someone higher there, mail.com are simply not available and reading these 5 star green positive reviews on here questions those reviews authenticity!.
DO NOT USE MAIL.COM! Go to Gmail as its safe.
Fantastic until recently
For years on end it has been an amazing service. Now, I cannot go 5 clicks without 5 ads popping up that take 5 seconds each to close. Again and again and again. I understand SOME advertising but this is just taking the mick
You will lose your account.
I signed up for a mail.com account on the app. After typing in all of my information to create the account, I tried signing in. They instantly banned my account with no explanation. I emailed customer service and they said I was banned for “impermissible activity” that I “may not have been directly responsible for,” but they cannot unban me. And “due to serious security concerns, we cannot give any details about what you did wrong.” Strange… I read through the terms of service in their entirety, and I didn’t violate any part of it. I don’t even use a VPN or anything like that which could’ve triggered a ban.
You should know that many people have been banned for not logging into their accounts for 6 months, or accidentally leaving their VPN on while signing in. They have a policy of not unbanning accounts, so you won’t ever get it back. I can’t recommend this service.

Mail.com is easy to use due to no confusing instructions or misleading labels. It has a pleasingly classical interface (gui) which aids in making one's time there pleasant. Thank you Mail.com
The service seems to be good for me
The service seems to be good for me. It does what I want but I have some security issues. I know who’s doing it I just can’t find how they’re breaking into my account. Some very sensitive emails with lawyers have been read and has cost me. Me and my family need major help.
Do not trust this email provider!!
Do not trust this email provider!!
I had an email address with them for years that I have quite a few accounts connected to then suddenly, I lost access and could not log in.
After looking into it, it looks like my account was suspended. I have not done nothing or signed up to anything to cause the suspension. I have been filliing out appeals but no response.
Imagine all the accounts I cannot access now as I have no access to my email address. Biggest inconvenience and not something you want from you email provider.

Very easy to figure out and use,
The Cloud is very easy to use.
I love it, it's AWESOME!
Horrible services
Horrible services. If you don't sign up for their premium plan you will get very little support from them. I was a subscriber for 15 years. Them my password wouldn't work. I tried contacting them. I get one email a day and no help at all. I lost all my email contacts and loads of saved messages. Avoid them!
