very stupid and primitive email search by time and date and time range :(
cannot dive deep into history of emails
horrible, not flexible, absolute nonsense
you really can feel that developers did not care about user experience, I can bet devs are using gmail and never used mail.ru daily
and QAs did not bother to use mail.ru as an email provider themselves

same applies to Project Managers, and higher ups

everybody in the chain did bare minimum just to pass by to the next paycheck

Scummiest and worst service ever made. There was an offer for 1tb free of cloud for life to open a mail.ru account. I opened one and started using it. After a while by using some lame excuse they DELETED everything I had in the cloud and downgraded my storage to 8GB. I was then getting ads to upgrade to 256 gb but this time I had to pay, my data being gone forever. I will never ever use this crappy and scummy service again.

I’m getting rid of it today, it showed up as a good service to get rid of spam. All lies, my spam has gotten worse and since I turned off notifications yesterday I am now receiving porn spam. They also don’t mention they have ads running in between your emails before you sign up. This app is garbage and not because their Russian! Because it’s a garbage app. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

There are a lot of people here who don't like it, but I assume it's just cause of fact that it's Russian company and that's it. I liked their e-mail very much, though really lot of spam, but still some usefull things as well. Let's be real and honest in reviews.
