Absolute garbage “solution”

Absolute garbage “solution”. Not sure why they bother even publishing an expected delivery date because invariably it pushes day after day after day. It’s now been 5 straight days of “your package will be delivered by 7 pm today”. Ha. What a joke.

Crap Shiping.

Again .. 4 days UPS travel then sent to the Black Hole that's Atlanta GA USPS .. still waiting it's been 7 days at the USPS plus 4 days UPS. 12 days to ship a package in the US. UPS you should be ashame.

Horrible

Horrible. You never really know the status of your order. Mine was supposed to be delivered 7/1 by 7pm, then 7/2 by 7pm and now 7/3 by 7pm. For a little while yesterday it said it was delivered on 7/1. I checked with all my neighbors to see if they received it only to recheck status 30 minutes later and it just said received on 6/27. Contacted the sender and they said it can be marked as delivered and still not be there for 1-3 days! What a crock!

UPS Mail innovations is the Absolute Worst! When you order something you have no idea how it's going to be delivered but this Mail Innovations is terrible. They say a package is coming for days on end until it actually arrives. Stop lying to customers. Was told it would be here Monday, then Tues, it's now Wednesday and they say it's coming on Thursday! What a scam this company is. Going out of town and would like my package before we leave!! Thanks for nothing Mail Innovations! You suck! 💩

I ordered medical supplies and the supplier used Mail Innovation to send package. Once UPS MI had the package it was sent to Carrollton, TX where it sat for 9 days before forwarding to USPS in Garland TX, a 30 min drive.

I hate this package mailing system

I hate this package mailing system with a passion! It is always a gamble, but my recent experience is the worst, yet. My package has been touring around NC and VA, taking 2 weeks to travel 90 miles, bouncing back and forth between postal facilities. I could have walked to the place and gotten it -- instead, my package is on a regional tour. Worse, there's no way to avoid this obnoxiousness, as companies you order from are not forthcoming about shipping services. As soon as I receive an order confirmation and see "UPS Mail Innovations," I'm irritated all over again. The absolute worst ripoff for consumers.

My package is taking a tour of the entire Northeast…

My package is taking an unnecessary tour of the entire North East. It was 15 mins near my home 3/30 when it should have been delivered. Then it was driven through MD, PA, NJ and then randomly to Massachusetts hours away in the opposite direction for no apparent reason. It has now been sitting in Philadelphia for 3 days not moving. Now it isn’t expected until 4/8.

Patagonia shipped merchandise with Mail Innovations . The package has been sitting at the post office for 7 days now ,with no end in sight .It has taken 15 days for the package to go from Reno NV to Las Vegas Nevada where it currently sits . I have recieved packages from Japan much quicker . The worst shipping ever .

"Mail Innovations" is a synonym for "Innovative ways to delay and lose your package"... UPS needs longer to hand the package over from their local destination hub to USPS than it takes for the package to travel across the globe!

Blame game, no accountability

same experience as others --it's a blame game - ups can't or won't help - no way to really track anything on the UPS site, and customer service is useless with these packages and then usps claims they don't have the package although it appears like it's out for delivery for the past week and moves again to the next day. Item shipped 1/31/23 it's now 2/15/24 with package caught in la la land.

What a horrible experience

What a horrible experience. My package has been stuck in Carrolton Texas since Jan 22. It's now February 7th. I have contacted UPS and USPS and neither can give me any information. One points the finger at the other. I have tried contacting the company which I have learned is complete garbage because they won't respond. And in the end I lost $330 (which I don't have to lose) because I paid with Apple Cash/Pay. lesson learned use a credit card to have some protections. :(

UPS Mail Innovation is a scam

I have a receipt to prove that I dropped a package at my local post office on 12/16/2023 and, on the same day, it was picked up by a UPS Mail Innovation agent. Since then the package has mysteriously vanished. This is the third instance where my package has been lost in the hands of UPS mail innovation, leading me to suspect possible theft of packages.

stolen packages

They lost two of my packages and in update it was in the next town & hasn't moved to next destination the date for delivery keeps changing nitely & instead of helping me I get the run around ! Fess up it was STOLEN & they don't want to admit it wonder how many other people have been scammed by this UNRELIABLE , service! Iam not done with this ,Willie filing with BBB & States Attorney for theft .THEY SUCK

Pitiful worthless shipping experience

I picked mail innovations as my shipping option to save a little bit of money. I will NEVER do that again. My package was received in 2 different states both times. It just kept going back and forth. Now for the last 3 days, it states ours been received at a sorting facility but as location it just states United States, like that tells me a damn thing. Off I haven’t received it be middle of next week, I’ll be calling the vendor and let them know it’s been lost and get them to ship 2nd day FedEx which is what I should have picked in the first place. If you really want to be sure to get your package, pick any option other than mail innovations. I probably could have walked there faster.

Slow as molasses

Slow as molasses! Horrible idea - obviously a cheap option to increase profits but lose customers! No one wants to wait a month for delivery within the US!! Ridiculous and should be illegal!!! The company’s that use this option take ZERO accountability because they blame this ‘third party’. I didn’t choose to do business with this horrible UPS Mail Innovations but am stuck dealing with the frustration and not receiving orders ‘as agreed’ at the time of purchase. Should be illegal!!!

UPS Mail Innovations is useless

UPS Mail Innovations uses the US Postal Service to deliver packages, but adds a week to nth delivery time compared to the USPS alone. It is a useless service and I cringe whenever is see that a package I ordered was shipped this way.

Avoid this service at all cost

Avoid this service at all cost! Our package held in Ohio for 9 days and counting. Tracking changes day of delivery nightly. Ridiculous and disappointing that UPS is somehow connected to this company. We will NEVER purchase anything from any company that uses this service.

Mail Exnovations

Hooray! I paid for UPS/FedEx shipping & I got Mail Exnovations... they add a full 5-7 days to you package delivery. If they transfer it to this service, request to cancel your order immediately; they will just keep changing the arrival date &with no information on the tracking you paid for.
