I have tried to contact Ella maison in numerous occasions and have had no response. I want to se d back a necklace that I received which is extremely poor quality and took over 2 weeks to arrive from china. DO NOT ORSER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SHAM !!!!! I have contacted them again TK provide information for a refund if they have any decency they will get in touch and answer my emails !!!!!

*No postal tracking once my order placed.
*No reply to any messages sent by email.
* Good received today 14th April 2026 exactly 14 days after placed order on 31st March 2026 which is a long time to wait with no contact
* they are not what I ordered
* and definitely not gold
* refund policy is that no refunds or returns after
14 days so effectively no reasonable policy
All in all am very cross with myself but hope whoever you are you eventually trip yourselves up so that others don't get stung.
