Absolutely zero customer service
Absolutely zero customer service!
I’ve only put 1 star as the system won’t let me leave it with zero!
I really don’t recommend their online service, they messed up my order by sending me incorrect items and when I tried contacting them numerous times they ignored all of my emails. I had to go to one of their shops who explained they won’t help with online orders! But eventually they emailed their head office and I finally got a response.
I had to return the incorrect items which were sent by them which is a hassle. I wrote to check up on the status of my return and I have been ignored again!
I received the order and they have messed up again and guess what…?? They’re ignoring my emails. Very very disappointing! Be cautious when buying online from them!
And don’t try contacting them via phone - they never pick up!!
