Majestic were excellent. They came out same day to repair my shutter, added a key controller, replaced a motor and fixed the shutter curtain. Prompt, self sufficient polite and knew exactly what they were doing.

I called Majestic around 6 pm on Thursday after our roller shutter door had been hit by a fork lift. They could have come out that evening. However we managed to secure our door. They attended on Friday morning and fixed it without any fuss.

So pleased with these guys, hard working and helpful. Went above and beyond to make me happy!
I’m so happy from start to finish, literally all sorted in under a week!
They stuck to everything they said, Aimee was on hand with every thing making the job perfect!

Called in the morning to get a quote to replace the broken glass door and by 4pm the same day I had the new glass fitted.

My shop shutter remote control decided to break as I closed my shop- panic set in as unfortunately in this day and age you can’t leave your business premises vulnerable over night. I called Majestic and an hour later Nick arrived sorted everything, was absolutely charming and I was able to secure my premises and finally go home with a free head! Very grateful customer.

From initial enquiry to instalation tool less thsn 4 hours. Amazing service, highly efficient, skilled team. Nick and his colleague were brilliant. Karla, who handled all the logistics, was on point. Very happy, and they stopped us turning a drama into a crisis. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and quick response, a friendly lady (Klara) assisted us over the phone we explained her the situation and few days later two engineers came to fix the door, now works perfectly, highly recommended very profesional service.

Reasonable prices. Staff are knowledgeable and polite and they call you back when they say they will.
I had a recent breakdown of a garage roller shutter and needed same day repair this company offers a genuine 24 hour call out service which I could not get anywhere else even when 24 hour was stated. First class service which I will definitely use again.

Very professional and helpful from start to finish. The team offered alternative suggestions that were better suited to our needs more and also accommodated changing the install date as we experienced problems with cars parking outside the shop front illegally.
