Average.
Jake and Chris are decent chaps, friendly enough. However they installed some alarm sensors across my entire house which were supposed to be 'pet friendly'. I spent nearly £1,000 with them. The sensors didn't really work as I have a cat who was jumping up on surfaces and still setting them off. I will admit, this wasn't their fault, more a design fault of the product. However, Jake had no interest in following up and helping to resolve the issue. I emailed a couple of times ... nothing back whatsoever. Eventually I gave up. Sadly, it feels like they completely lost interest once they had their money.
