Easy to use product but unauthorised payment taken - Lisa resolved super quickly - confirmed refund in minutes. So keep an eye on your account but service excellent.

These guys are a scam, used it once for a 99p copy only to find they are charging me £29.99 - I never signed up for a subscription.

I have subsequently discovered they have already taken three payments in three weeks.

Be warned it's a total scam

Great service , I needed a pdf translation, fast and efficient. I made an error with my subscription and the customer contact were first class, sorted same day .

Mistakenly bought a year subscription when all I really wanted was to use the app once.
My yearly subscription was quickly canceled and my money refunded.
No questions asked, a pleasant experience remedying a mistake I made.

They state in their web blurb, no credit card necessary. Untrue, you have to give a CC number even for £0.99. Two days later, they took a further £29.99 which would be a monthly payment which I never signed up for or authorised.

Two weeks ago, they authorised a refund (so say)! I keep chasing and am still waiting, wasting time and causing frustration.

Don’t waste your time and money on these charlatans.

Easy to use. Converting a file to PDF was very straightforward. Customer service was excellent when I was charged after canceling my subscription. Matter resolved quickly and I obtained a refund promptly.

Changed a photo very quickly to jpeg using their easy to use site. No complaints except a minor hiccup. I wanted to cancel my 5 day subscription but couldn't find a cancellation icon. I contacted the company by email and within 20 minutes I had a response from Lisa, who canceled the subscription for me. Very happy.

Simple and easy to use, 1st time

I looked at this and paid £1. They then took a payment of £29.99 two day later. I raised a dispute straight away and they cancelled the subscription and have started the process of refunding my money. Lisa was wonderful.

The website itself is great for all the important stuff you need to get done regarding your pdf file. However there customer services is even better. I had an issue and asked for a refund and that was dealt promptly even though it was out of hours. Amazing

I would not recommend using this website as it doesn't do the job properly. When I made a complaint and asked them to review the document translation that their website has done, I was told that my money will be refunded as it was really horrible. For some reason they deducted money in 2 different transactions at the same time and now telling me that they only going to refund 1 payment. Scammers.

I converted a singular file through this website, it cost me 1$ and was succesfull. Afterwards I got charged 40$ for having a subscription with them, but after a single email they cancelled my subscription and refunded my 40$.

(Tried) to use the service to convert a file to a pdf… paid £1 to do so. First of all, it didn’t even work. It would not convert my file to a working pdf. Secondly, I initially paid £1 for 1 pdf… just to check my bank to see another 99p come off PLUS £30 in pending. I email them and tell them to cancel it or do whatever they can as I absolutely did not authorise those extra charges, and on the 27th of feb they confirm they’ll send a refund. Come 20th of march, I’ve still no refund so I send them a chaser email asking why not… they say it was an issue on their end and its being processed now and I’ll receive it within 5 business days. Guess who still doesn’t have their refund for payments that I never consented to☺️

Avoid this company at all costs. Shocking how they run the website and get away with clearly saving customers bank details without the customers knowledge or consent.

When I connected with make me pdf with a concern, I was met with respect and assurance that the issue would be solved.
It was taken care of immediately and I so appreciated it.

I would not recommend using this website. I urgently needed to convert a document and checked the Trustpilot reviews beforehand, which seemed reassuring. I paid for what was advertised as a one-time use; however, more money was still taken from my account, funds I needed for essential bills.

I have been going back and forth via email with a Lisa who repeatedly assures me the refund will arrive within a few days, but it never does. This has been ongoing for nearly a month now.

In my experience, this feels like a complete scam. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before sharing any account details.
