What a horrible experience.

What a horrible experience.

Our flight was delayed by an hour and the driver who was supposed to transfer us left us at the airport after sending a text that,,, "we did not book him for the full day".
I am totally disgusted that we had to pre pay for a trip that was not used and we were not refunded.
For the transfer back to the airport, the driver arrived an hour late after we had already arranged for another transfer.
Will never ever use Maki transfers again
