I am beyond frustrated with Makro Netherlands and would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company. I placed an order on 27 August 2025, and after waiting over a week, I received an email claiming my item had been delivered. It never arrived. When I contacted customer service, it took multiple attempts to even get a response, only for them to admit the item had never left their store in the first place. Every interaction with their customer service has been a nightmare. Each time, they claim my query has been "passed to the concerned department," but I never hear back. It’s as if my complaints vanish into a black hole. After weeks of chasing, they finally asked if I wanted a refund or a reshipment. I chose to have the item sent again, hoping for a resolution, but this led to yet another spiral of empty promises and zero communication. As of today, 11 September 2025, I still have no news about my order, and the item remains undelivered. Makro’s incompetence is staggering. The complete lack of accountability, responsiveness, and basic customer care makes this the worst company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.
