Ordered and paid , they replied saying no longer available, same as Tony here have emailed , called many times to get money back, no response , would not use, I am going to Trading Standards with this complaint if they do not respond to my last request for re payment!!

Ordered two items on 7th June. Male Skin were then unable to fulfil the order, offered me an alternative which I declined. Have emailed and written to the Registered Office four times. Still no refund almost four months on
Very poor experience WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Same problem as all other 1* reviews, order placed and confirmed and then....Nothing. Not able to get a response from emails, very poor and would not recommend. BE CAUTIOUS!!

I have been using Maleskin for several months now to purchase products. The pricing is very competitive for the products and are shipped as soon as possible. I have subscribed to the mailing list and frequently receive great offers offering up to 33% off which is great value.

They had what I wanted in stock, price was very good (significantly cheaper than duty free, for those of you who buy when travelling) and arrived in good time. I’ve bought from them several times.

I've ordered from Maleskin quite a few times now.
They are always helpful if you ever need advice about a product.
If an item is out of stock they come up with an alternative.

I have ordered from maleskin a few times and each time delivery has been super fast. Easy payments and ordering via website. But most of all the quality of the products is just supreme.

A search on line revealed that the Murad product I wanted was cheaper on the MaleSkin site than on any other site. Delivery was prompt and the correct product received. I will be using MaleSkin again.

Great products, fast delivery

Ordered, paid, item not received, 3 emails unanswered. Telephone goes to answer machine, ‘contact us’ web form completed also with no reply. No other option than to revert to my bank claiming the money back. DO NOT USE!

Very disappointed with this company, unable to get in touch with them by phone and after several emails sent finally I got a response.
Item not in stock but no one informed me.

Good products at a very competitive price, mainly as the packaging is very scant perhaps..However I have tried 6 times to contact them over an error I made with a purchase, and I've had nothing back at all. Ended up using the product and has caused issues. Just answer you emails please!

i ordered some products on the 23 july still have'nt recieved it yet i guess ive been SCAMED don't buy from this company

Order not sent - I know this as no tracking details were sent and is still now the order status is confirmed. No reply to 2 emails regarding this and phone number goes to voicemail with clearly no reply.
SCAM company

I have been trying to return a product for 1 month. There is no return policy on their site and their emails are currently undeliverable. I’ve called/msg the mobile number provided and nothing.

Fraudulent Company - use at your peril.

Ordered a shaving gel, money taken then advised by email the product is discontinued and offered a replacement, (incidentally, the product is still being advertised on their site!).
Declined the replacement and requested a refund, no reply. No further reply to 3 other emails. Reported as fraud to Action Fraud and my Bank.

Maleskin literally steal your money. They tell you something is in stock, they don’t send it, and then are uncontactable. Their phone line is not manned, their help e mail is not operating. I have had to report them to trading standards in the hope they have more luck contacting them.
