good except online payment support
I am very pleased with the service and quality of maltzbaren. There is only one thing which tarnishes the experience and it is that my Danish mastercard is not accepted on their website. So I can only make purchases by taking a long time from my Saturday to visit the shop and I am restricted to what I can carry on my bike.

I recently asked my friend to call in at Maltbazaren to buy something. He said that he was waited a long time to be served. At the same time, a customer who was only asking for advice, had TWO salespeople's involvement in this, in spite of them seeing my friend waiting for attention.
Is it not possible to organise things a bit better ?

Very helpful in ordering and making changes to the order after ordering.
Wanted to order a product that was isted as unavailable and they were able to include it in the package. My order was delivered the next day as well. Overall great experience!

The package did not arrive at the required address, but at a post office located very distant from it. I had to ask a colleague to get the package by car.
