BAD!
Don't know if it is responsibility of the courier (Deutsche Post) but I never got T-SHIRTS I ordered. After 70 days and asked patience, I started to loosing the one, as my parcel was lost in various countries. But I was refunded in full amount by the seller.
We have reported problems with some of the existing MAM reports. Several times we have been told they were fixed only to find nothing has happened or eventually a partial fix has occurred which doesn't really correct the problem. The annoying thing is the errors are in the module we specifically bought MAM for. I appreciate with Covid people are working from home, but response times have been slow and results woeful. It is frustrating having to check why reports give different results for the same thing and having to correct inaccuracies.

The total amount chanced from when I made the order to when I got the confirmation via email (I used a discount code which they changed to another). The costumer service is really bad. I have emailed and they are arrogant and doesn’t help me at all.
When I asked them to cancel my order it had (suddenly) already been sent.
I’m so disappointed and I don’t recommend mambaby.com!
