I ordered a baby blanket which arrived and was a completely different colour to their listing. I returned the item a month ago and still have no refund. I have send numerous emails to their support and social media and no one has got back to me.

I bought a changing mat for £25 thinking it would be better quality than the supermarket ones that have ripped and stained after a couple of months. Unfortunately the mama shack one did exactly the same. The mat had been used lightly in our bedroom and hadn’t had any mishaps which we could pinpoint where the stain came from.
Gave a star for the cute pattern but wish I’d just bought two cheaper ones instead as I’m throwing this one away when my little one is only 2 months old

Unbelievably helpful customer service. I accidently sent my order to the wrong address (baby brain) and they sorted out another order straight away. The order came incredibly quickly and the products are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company.

Over the moon with my order from Mama Shack, it’s all beautiful and just what I had been looking for. I made an error with my order and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. I highly recommend!

I purchased a changing mat from this company which got stained after using it only for 2 weeks. I tried everything to remove the stain and it wouldn’t come off. I emailed the customer service, provided the pics of the mat and asked for a replacement considering I used it for such a short period of time. I got a response that their mats aren’t stain resistant and they won’t replace it. However as a gesture of good will they are happy to give me a discount if I purchased it again. Really? A gesture of good will? Do you really think I would purchase anything from you again? The customer service is absolutely shocking. The mats are very expensive and the quality is poor. I had different cheap changing mats before and never had any issues with discolouration. I purchased this mat to match the room decor however now it doesn’t look great in the room and will go straight into the bin.
I wouldn’t purchase from this company again. Expensive and poor quality products.

Was putting my order threw for cot sheets until I got to check out the delivery was £10.50 till N.Ireland that’s not normal…

We love using this company and have placed a few orders over the last 18 months. The designs are beautiful and after the wear and tear of many months, we have had no issues. My son loves the muslin toys, we had to order 3 more after the first 2 were such a success. The large muslins are super soft and perfect to wrap him in when we go on holiday. My husband still likes to point out that he found this company when we were looking for a nappy changing mat when I was pregnant and organising our nursery. It has become one of my favourite places to find different things for his room, whether it's cotbed sheets, blankets, nappy caddy, toys, splash mats, I think we have everything!

Purchased some little Dutch items for my baby boy. My order was dispatched quickly and delivered as promised next day.

Unfortunately one of my items was faulty but after a few emails back and forth with Daniella this was all resolved and a replacement arrived the next day.

The bag you send the items out in is also a lovely extra touch, have a fantastic Christmas.

Beautiful products, not what you would find in local shops, soft fabric which is well made and washes really well, very happy with all my purchases and wouldnt hesitate to recommend if your looking for something different that is a good quality and fair price 👍

Ordered from mama shack recently and wanted to add a few items after. Contacted customer service and they couldn't be more helpful. Items added and dispatched straight away. We ordered the anti roll change mat, some rompers and large muslin and couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the items. So impressed another order was placed the next day. Thanks to Rachel for being so helpful will definitely be ordering again in the future

The items turned up today and they are absolutely beautiful. I haven’t used them yet as baby isn’t due for another few weeks. I thought they were taking a little long so got in touch with mamma shack and they said it takes up to ten working days to design the personalised blanket but didn’t take long at all. Happy with my items.

I first came across Mama Shack last year and have since ordered multiple things for my son and his nursery. The designs are beautiful, quality is superb and delivery is super quick; genuinely the quickest turnaround I’ve come across after Amazon prime! Will continue to shop here as my boy grows.

Purchased a changing mat from Mama Shack along with other items. Sadly the changing mat has proved to be very low quality which is very disappointing considering it is twice the price of most out there. Do not get sucked into the pretty patterns as I did.

9 months on and the mat has holes in the material so is not fit for use as obviously could harbour bacteria.
I emailed the customer services team who responded "as baby grows, along with frequent use of the mat it can be subjected to wear and tear" I wouldn't mind but it is used maybe twice a day by a 20lb baby....!

Fantastic quality baby change mat and quick delivery. The packaging made it look ultra premium too. They’re my go-to for new baby and baby shower presents!
