Hats off to the customer service team at Mammoth Workwear. I have become accustomed to poor customer service at many other companies, but I was pleasantly surprised by the competence and efficiency of the CS team at Mammoth. I have ordered a few times from here, and now I have a very positive experience of how they operate when things don't always go according to plan. This has improved my trust relationship with Mammoth Workwear, and I certainly recommend using them. The products they sell have also been better than I expected, considering the low cost of some of their stock. Isn't it nice when you find a little treasure like this?

I am looking for work shorts with a 50" waist. I am 76 years old and retired but love gardening and DIY so need loads of pockets to carry stuff and the odd knife or two. Found my shorts here I hope. Easy peasy to use

Excellent Service as i made a mistake and pressed the wrong button so had to order the 2nd pair of trousers on a separate order. I called the company and the female customer advisor was just about to email me to check i wanted both pairs and then refund my 2nd Mailing Cost back to me.
I have NO Doubt i will order from this company again and again as i was greatly surprised with the service and how lovely the customer advisor on the telephone was.

I purchased H884 iconic polar fleece and was more than pleased with the product and delivery. So much so that I have just ordered a second fleece . Very well made, wonderfully warm as I wear these whilst fishing

The specialist clothing items we ordered were also delivered much quicker than we were advised and expected which, we appreciated.

I like to try and shop in independent stores where possible, however think twice before spending your hard earned money here, a member of staff there is rude bordering vile and has no idea what customer service or experience is, in fact the experience was disgusting - buyer beware, if their attitude is such before purchasing what could it possibly be like buying from them - why would you?! Shocking service.
I phoned to confirm that all the workwear I was ordering was in stock as it was needed for someone working abroad and leaving 8 days after ordering. i was told all the items were in stock and would be despatched asap.
7 days later i phoned to query my delivery date and was told they were still waiting for an item. absolutely shocking service. go to a proper workwear provider not this cowboy outfit.

I ordered a waterproof jacket & trousers for doing outdoor volunteering work in all weathers. Excellent products & very fast delivery which I could track. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Company policies more important than customer satisfaction. Will never use again!
I placed an order on 09/09/21 (payment was made when items were identified as being in stock) for workwear t-shirts and made use of the embroidery service to have my company logo applied. I was told at the time that I would receive my garments in 10-14 working days. Great!
Several days later, I receive an email informing me that my selection is no longer in stock and could I choose a replacement. The replacement I chose was also out of stock, at which point I realised that their website bore no reflection on actual stock levels, so I spent 40mins on the phone going through various options until something was found that was acceptable and in stock. Had to wait several more days as although shown as in stock, it’s in stock with supplier and not Mammoth themselves.
I also took the time to order extra shorts and a jacket whilst waiting for my order to be processed. I specified at this point that I wanted the logo to be on the right hand side as there was a pocket on the left.
The order itself took ages, was told that the embroidery guy was away, then that they’re really busy. I was advised that the delay was due to me changing the logo design. This was due to Mammoth not being able to replicate my simple logo, the time between reviews and confirmation was extensive. The day before my garments arrived, I received an email asking to clarify the position of my logo on the jacket!!!!! I had already explained this to them extensively, so they were obviously paying attention.
Upon receipt of my garments (not all, as I’m still awaiting receipt of my shorts), I was frustrated to find that the logo had been applied in completely the wrong location on the t-shirts.
After contacting Mammoth and having to send through photographic evidence of their incompetence, they agreed to replace the t-shirts.
2 weeks then passed and I’m informed that they are still awaiting the arrival of more stock but could I send the incorrectly embroidered t-shirts back to them.
I replied no, as I was currently wearing them, whilst awaiting the arrival of my correctly logo’d replacement t-shirts, and that if they required the t-shirts back, I would return them once I’d received my replacements!
I thought this was a fair arrangement due to the inconvenience caused by Mammoth and their incompetence.
Unfortunately Manmoth appear to be one of those companies that champions company policy over customer service and they insisted they will not send out replacements until they receive the original t-shirts back, which will be thrown away as they have my company logo on them.
So I have paid money to this company and have yet to receive my goods…….over 2 months later!!!!! And looks like I won’t be receiving my goods at all because company policy is where it’s at! Obviously!
Avoid at all cost, then you won’t suffer the disappointment!

Mammoth Workear are a pleasure to do business with. Items were out of stock and was given an option of refund or wait a week for items to be back in warehouse. When contacted, customer service were excellent, courteous and professional. Items arrived promptly, once back in stock and I did not have to wait too long. Excellent service throughout. .... Boots were excellent value and excellent quality. Husband delighted with his workboots.

All good. Good communication, actual people emailing me to update me about delivery with real names and everything which is becoming rare these days. Decent delivery company too which helps. All the stuff was good quality and fitted, all for great prices. Will use again. Bought fruit of the loom polo's, hoodies, jumpers and lee cooper jeans.
