Rare London have used Manchester Printers for projects in the past year or so. More recently, we needed an urgent printing job with a lead time of 2-3 days and Manchester Printers were more than happy to meet our requirements and got the job done in perfect time and we were very pleased with the product! Great Quality. Great Customer Service. Great Price!
I've just used this company for the first time and have had a delivery of brochures which they printed, which were of an excellent quality. The service provided was very professional, I received the brochures in good time and for a very reasonable price.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

Gavin was very helpful, reacting quickly to my request for business cards. I was impressed by the quality of their samples, which he delivered the same day as my request. The cards themselves were good quality and reasonably priced. We'll be going back.

Excellent, helpful, and efficient service
We needed a large number of specific designs printed at short notice and everything was completed ahead of schedule and to an extremely high quality. The staff were helpful throughout the whole process and the price was very reasonable. I'd happily use manchesterprinters.com again.

Terrible Service. Avoid
They tried to charge £55 for the artwork instead of asking for a better version of it. They then accepted they should have at least given us the option and cancelled the charge. However, their final artwork had the colours messed up and not in line with our brand colours. They tried to find laughable excuses and send endless emails with screenshots with their Illustrator project because they wanted to be right instead of just swapping the colours they messed and place the order. They refused to fix the colours, which only takes 30 seconds, because they were wrongly convinced that they were right and invited us to go somewhere else. We placed the order for 2500+ business cards somewhere else, maybe we were too small for them.

Sorry you were not happy with the service but the artwork supplied was not print ready. We check every piece of artwork that we get supplied from new & existing customers and the studio operator for this job has over 25 years experience in print reprographics and if a file is wrong he would know its wrong! We did try to help correcting the file and for this there is a artwork correction fee of £55.00 as per our T&C's. Newer versions of the artwork were supplied from you but were again not print ready. Our review rating speaks for it self - we are very good at what we do!

As part of a funded organisation we need to balance quality with cost however this doesn't apply with Manchester Printers as they were the cheapest of the 5 quotes we received as well as being outstanding quality. Gavin Page from the company has been brilliant in providing us the information required along with a friendly service. Thanks again,

Steve and Gavin were very helpful with our instructions and we got really good quality postcards and posters which met our brief.
