Ive received an email from the lovely Ben at mandm regarding my issue along with a few questions i responded asap with all relevant information required and received and 2nd email from jasmin informing me that my return had been received and a refund issued my missing items should be with me in two days im pleased with this outcome its all i wanted
Its a shame i had to come here to get a responce from mandm
I will hope that mandm review the way they handle returns and refunds or even just give you an option on their App to email directly
Still had no email from mandm although reply said that they had i re submitted my request and had the usual response of well contact you within 48 hours seeing as tomorrow is friday i will give them the good grace of waiting until monday
MandM you have all of my contact details and my contact me via any means necessary to resolve this matter ( ideally by sending me my missing items that i have advised you of and issuing my refund)

Bench invisible socks not very good quality. Can’t be bothered to send them back. I will wear them but I wouldn’t recommend them. The delivery was delayed too which is unusual for M &M direct

Amazing prices

Ordered shorts
Ordered shorts, came next day but I ordered wrong size, reordered correct size, again,on time delivery, product as shown, my refund in first buy was way to action and back in my bank within days.
