My mum order two pairs of trainer over…
My mum order two pairs of trainer over two weeks ago not only were they late that I myself had ring DPD to chase the parcels as m and m direct customs service can't seem to find thier own parcels or contact a customer. But when boxes arrived they were so destroyed that the trainers fell out of the end of the box to top it off they have sent my mum a pair of men's trainers and on receipt it is described as men's but online they have place the trainers in the girls section without out men's in the description. Thier customer service is disgusting both agents argued with me did not see thier company was at fault for the mix up as trainers are unisex but on receipt it's clearly said men's me and my mum will never use this company again don't think their is such a thing a customer service anymore with m and m direct
