A good company who communicate well.

Although it would be nice not to be paying these high prices, I feel that this company is behaving properly. The account is easy to find, read and understand. The rates are clearly set out. No fees to change supplier if needed, which is really good these days. And I now have some stability for the next 12 months.

M&S Energy......Brilliant

Switched to M&S Energy / Octopus about 6/7 months ago. Best thing I ever did. Everything is so well explained to you. The on line statements are so well put together and easily understandable. Absolutely no regrets at all. Never forget the day last year I walked up to the M&S Energy stand at the Gateshead Metrocentre M&S store and met Cath who was absolutely brilliant at explaining everything and made switching for me so easy. There were no problems at all. I would whole heartedly recommend going in there and meeting Cath and the team. Please thank her for me. Thank you.

When i flip the switch the light comes…

When i flip the switch the light comes on when i turn the knob the gas comes out what more can i say this happens every time its what i require and pay a reasonable price for and would recommend M&S Energy to anybody without reservation.

A fabulous customer-focussed energy company, the likes of which I’ve not before experienced.

I became a customer of M&S Energy/Octopus Energy approx two years ago. Oh my! What a difference in quality of service to that which I’ve become used to receiving from previous suppliers. There really is no comparison. M&S/Octopus are fantastic at what they do. Communication is polite, clear, effective, on time, and with help or advice always offered in a can-do manner. They aim to make things clear and easy for the customer, speedily replying to and effectively acting on queries put to them. Their online app/account is the best I’ve experienced out of several others I use for monitoring bills, payments etc. In fact everything about ‘M&S/Octopus Energy’ shouts ‘polite, effective, transparent, values customer etc etc. I really cannot praise them highly enough. Why on earth can’t all energy firms operate in this same customer focussed, friendly manner!

Liam was really nice and friendly

Liam was really nice and friendly. As pensioners we are so worried about the rise in fuel costs as I am sure everyone else is. M&S (Octopus) have been so supportive over the last few years, everything is clear and Liam explained and addressed our concerns today. I felt so much better having spoken to him. Thank you Liam and thank you M&S Energy.

Such great Customer Service from James Smith

Called M&S to get a quote for electricity supply. Spoke to James Smith who was so great. Was precise, to the point - very customer oriented. Gave us the best price possible from the get go. Easy, honest, fantastic service. Had the same conversation with EDF, who was cagey with the quote, gave us a much higher quote, which we had to push back on. Felt like we were warring with them. Seriously considering moving to M&S just for James Smith's handling of our query. Amazing customer service - Thank you, James.

Nothing but honest. I signed up with M&S Energy as they gave me the best price last year. This year with prices increased, I still found them to be best price.

Smart meter installation

We took advantage of the offer to install a smart meter, the engineer Ashley was very courteous, efficient.
He explained about the system and left us in no doubt we had made the right decision.

Recently had a problem with our gas…

Recently had a problem with our gas meter: it wasn't displaying a reading. Octopus Energy (via MandSenergy.com) arranged for new smart meters to be fitted. James was very good at agreeing a meter reading I was happy to accept. Smart meters were fitted very quickly. Excellent service overall.

I had a query about my billing with M&S energy

I had a query about my billing with M&S energy. I sent an email to them with my question and concerns.
I had a speedy reply from Aman with a further email from Bethany explaining in detail what the situation was. The explanatory email was easy to read and informative and also reassuring. All sorted out within a couple of days.
It is refreshing to have such great and informative customer service from a utility supplier. I’d definitely recommend M&S energy to my friends and family.
