Wish I'd spotted these reviews before ordering from here. Items arrived in good time, but struggling to return unwanted items - the links in the order email don't work.
How can M&S be associated with this? Absolute scandal

Ordered uniform from m&s, it wasn’t bespoke, not associated with any school just plain shirts and trousers. Not able to return to store. Then I sent it via their process. In August. It’s now mid October. I have been liaising with them via email and current status is another message has been sent to finance for your refund but we have had an influx of returns to process. Well of course you have it’s the start of the school year! Sounds like not enough staff. Won’t use again and def do not recommend. Have had to go back and forth for weeks on emails now.

Please do not order from this site as it is clearly a scam. I have never received my order and the day after giving my payment details I had fraud on my account. Various places around the world taking money from my account. Do not shop here.

Even though it says the delivery is 14 days I was pleasantly surprised that It came under 1 week. Just in time for my daughter’s first day of school. I would recommend and would definitely buy from here again.

I first ordered my child’s school uniform in June. They lost the order 3 times and still have no idea where it is. It’s now 26th august and my child will not have a book bag, or school uniform with the correct logo. Awful customer service very rude

Was nervous about ordering from here after reading reviews, however this is the only place I could find what I needed in age 2-3. Items arrived in under 1 week and are all perfect. Very pleased.

Like a previous customer I would give zero stars if possible . Have ordered a pack of 2 summer dresses showing in stock only to receive emails on day of delivery to say they have cancelled the order. Then reordered same thing happened again despite checking with customer services 2 days earlier and being told I would get them . So now 3 weeks after trying to order I still have no dresses and yes they are still showing in stock on line with a caption now saying Hurry only 1 left in stock . AWFUL service or lack off .

I would give 0 stars if I could.

Ordered set of uniform to which one item M&S removed from order due to insufficient stock. I noticed it was back in stock so asked whether I can get a refund on the delivery if I were to order again. I reordered the 1 polo shirt on 9th august. I have still not received the shirt however money has been deducted from my account on 24th august. Beginning is September I called because I had not received the shirt. To which I was informed the money had been deducted from my account (which I checked and it had on 24th August) but the order wasn’t dispatched due to the embroidery wasn’t satisfactory. They then said they will get this reordered and reimburse the delivery cost.
17th sept: I received an email saying I need to reorder the shirt and the money had not been taken from my account !

I replied stating the money had been deducted, no delivery refund, no shirt delivered and this conflicts with my bank account and previous operator I had spoken to.
MandS have asked for my bank statement which I refused to send out, this is a joint bank account with transactions and bank details. I have however provided a screen shot with a filter applied showing all transactions for MandS for the last 3 months.

I am stuck because they haven’t sent a new shirt, have taken the money and they are the only provider for this one piece of uniform!

I will be now contacting the financial ombudsman, as this service is absolute shambles.

Really poor, delayed delivery and they want to pay for that delivery as well , waiting for refund one month 😡😡😡 I can’t understand how this is part of M&S????

Very surprised m&s would put their name to this company. My order arrived with every item either wrong, dirty or sized incorrectly. Customer service not very helpful. Absolute waste of time, hope I eventually get a refund.

**Update** They seem to have issued a refund but things are still being "investigated" by hermes or whatever they're calling their dodgy delivery company nowadays. I still expect better from M&S - pigeons would be better than hermes!

Waited for weeks for some uniform to arrive and after chasing I was told it'd been delivered. Hermes (or whatever they're calling themselves now) had fraudulently used another delivery as proof of delivery (a coat I ordered for my son from actual M&S not this joke of a company), so now my order has been under investigation for 2/3 weeks with no refund offered.

I wish i had checked these reviews before ordering! The prices are much more affordable £18 compared to £32 from our schools recommended shop! However the delivery changed to 21 working days. Meaning my child didn't have her items in-time ! I called and was given a dispatch date however the items were not dispatched. I called again and was told I shouldn’t have been told that date and it will be approximately 2 days more. Great quality items but i do not recommend if you need them quickly. Apparently non-logo items still join the que for those to add a logo. The process is wrong they should have two separate ques.
Also the web account doesn’t work so you can not see your orders or the process or the tracking. I give 2*for the price but the service isn’t good.

Used these for a few years but this year... wow. What an abysmal company. Got my order wrong from start of July, been calling all over the summer, still no sign of my items. Nobody knows what’s going on. Customer Service is absolutely appalling. They promise to escalate and call back then just totally ignore you until chase again.
There is no complaints process so all you can do is call Customer Service and they refuse to give any contact info out - just the usual phantom call back option.
The best one is that they say they don’t have my item in stock - yet their own site now states they don’t stock items anymore, they make to order!
I just want shot of these losers but they have my money and I don’t have what I ordered!

Uniform took more than one month to arrive actually almost two months. And then I returned a few items, as I had already bought them somewhere else and now I have to wait four weeks for a refund. Have not gotten any email at all, I have to chase them up and find out what is going on... And for some reason the order was removed from my online account. So I have no idea what I ordered, what was out of stock and how much I spent on everything, no access to invoice or anything for that matter just emails saying how much they charged me. Never had this kind of experience with any company, much less M&S. Quite embarassing! If there was another company to get the uniforms I would definitely go for them.

Ordered PE kit over two weeks ago, no embroidery just the plain items. Still no dispatch notification and unable to login to website until today. Don't bother trying to contact them to chase up the order as you will just receive a stock reply. They now have a notice on the website saying they are taking 21 days to dispatch so at least another week without PE kit. Poor service from a supposedly trusted brand.

3weeks I’ve been waiting for a uniform and it’s not even been picked yet. Dread to think what they’ll be like in the run up to the new term. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

My granddaughters new red striped school dresses are such poor quality.. positively shrivelled and shrunk after one wash! My daughter took them back, but because she had cut the label off.. they would not accept they were theirs, even though she had receipt. I would not buy again!!

My child needs his school uniform by tomorrow, I received and email from hermes (the courier service) that the parcel would arrive yesterday, yet I have been waiting since and hermes has not replied with the parcel.
