Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Back in November I ordered a dress and selected the fast shipping which meant to have it available in the selected store in Madrid within 2 days because I don’t live in Spain but I was going to attend to a wedding there. The next day, I receive a mail saying there would be a delay with the delivery so I tried to cancel the order because as I don’t live there, I wouldn’t be able to pick it up after. They replied saying it was not possible to cancel because the order was prepared ¿? I tried contacting the customer service at least 3 times explaining thatI would be able to pick it up and return it because I DONT LIVE IN SPAIN but they never helped. Event in the last attempt, they told me they would try to cancel the order with the store because the dress is there so I could have my refund and almost 2 months later, the package is still ghere, the order hasn’t been cancelled and I don’t have my money. Never buying there again

If I could give customer service - 1 star (actually, several), I would.
Placed an order a month ago.. had email from courier to track my delivery- was unable to as they were given incorrect postcode. Contacted Mango and queried this as my postcode on my account is correct… they assured me they would correct this.
They didn’t. Items returned to their warehouse… I’ve been trying to get a refund…several emails and phone calls later …it’s still not happening

Paid returns for anyone without a store near by

Received my items, need to make a return and to my surprise I now have to pay the return or return to a store, unfortunately there are no stores close to where I live and no where else to deliver like Celeritas for example. Aways bought things from Mango but if returns are a problem, there are other stores that make returns easy and free.

I don’t ever receive any information…

I don’t ever receive any information regarding order confirmation or tracking. I’ve raised this and nothings returning parcels is a nightmare and they take 5 days to send items, everything is technical issue, is there a reason I’m not receiving emails, it’s a technical issue, is there a reason I’m not receiving tracking l, it’s a technical issue, is there a reason it takes 5 days to send an order, it’s a technical issue. Just the most pointless customer service.
Just not going to bother again, use them as a last resort.

If I could give less than one star…

If I could give less than one star I would. It's been a month since I made my purchase and I have yet to receive it. I've talked to customer relations twice since the company does not send you any e-mails regarding delays. Absolutely hopeless. MANGO is not equipped to run a business in any shape or form.

I'm unhappy with Mango

I'm unhappy with Mango. I like this store so much, but when I needed to contact them for a new return label, they didn't help me, now I don't know what to do. The online customer service doesn't help at all, I sent three online messages and none of them helped me with my request for help.

Waste of time and money

Hopeless customer service. Weeks after placing an order and receiving a broken tracking link, got told my order was “unable to be delivered” (???) Proceeded to spend a month chasing them up over multiple platforms to see if I’d ever get refunded. Query forms are useless, Instagram seems to be the only way to contact them.

Poor troubleshooting service

I love their clothes and I placed an order with Mango, only to see in my bank account that I had apparently been debited twice. It was very difficult to report this - and the online conversation was terminated because it ‘timed out’ while I was checking whether the double payment had gone through or had been put right at my bank. So the online assistance just disappeared!
This is very bad and inconsiderate customer service - it needs to be easier to report this kind of error.

Terrible customer service. I’m a big fan of mango for years and i purchase clothes for ny whole family from Mango FOR YEARS . Most the time my purchases always over $100 -$500( pants,shirts,suits,dress,shoes…for me,my husband,my kids…..)
Since i have few items still have tags attached and want to return because the fabric too thin and see through which i can’t wear them to work or anywhere. The return window is closed they said but if they could understand for customer with their situation and give one time exception is not hurt anything and im here to shop again like others company do that to their customers. ( Onetime exception) .
There is no manager or supervisor to talk to. I sent the emails 3 times and the way they responded very rude.
With this type of service from Mango i decided not to support them anymore. Many places to shop and spend the money for my whole family.

I have ordered a couple of clothings…

I have ordered a couple of clothings from MNG Australia. However, I received an email 24 hrs later that I am getting a refund. They did not even tell me what was the reason until I messaged them and found out that the cancellation was due to the courier inconvenience (I live in a very accessible area) Honestly, this is the second time it happened and it is always when I bought something from them that is on sale. I am having a second thought if it is really because of the courier but most likely that I bought it on sale. They really fail to meet their on sale tactic online. On the other hand, I received the refund quickly which I’m thankful about.

Great experience

I have a very good experience shopping with Mango. Maybe because I don’t have to return anything. Everything bad I have read are mostly about their return issues. For me everything is splendid. I bought from them for more than 3 times so far. Everything is great. The item arrived early or within the stipulated timeframe. The item also in excellent condition. Maybe because they use excellent courier services in my country.

Most unprofessional retailer

Most unprofessional retailer. I placed an order on 19th April, order was accepted and confirmed. Later received an email saying order was cancelled due to the address is not within delivery. Asking me to place another order. So I did on 24th for the same items. And today 26th I received another email saying order was cancelled. I called the customer services and she told me that, one item might not be in stock so the system cancelled the whole order. How strange is that. And she said they will manually process the order. Now received an email saying order was cancelled due to logistic issues. What kind of a company is this. How unprofessional is this. Three times same story.

Be aware the till shop assistants are…

Be aware the till shop assistants are thieves.
A Venezuelan shop assistant treated my wife so rude and in a vile way that she was really traumatised at Mango Barnasud Gava Spain. 11/01/2024 between 12:00 midday we returned a pair of shoes and asked for a gift card so we can spend the voucher in the future. The woman was absolutely vile to us drop me the ticket and voucher just to realise she didn’t add the money as a way of revenge. I was a loyal and frequent customer of Mango NEVER AGAIN!!!

A terrible service

A terrible online service, if you can please avoid!!!! Waiting for order for over two weeks now. Customer service said it’s waiting to be collected by the delivery company- that was a few days ago:(((
No communication whatsoever. Unable to cancel the order either- absolute nonsense of a company. I didn’t check the reviews before ordering- what a mistake

Bought a pair of boots from Mango on…

Bought a pair of boots from Mango on sale.
The boots arrived and were too small so I immediately sent them back to exchange for a bigger size, clearly marked for an exchange of size.
However Mango just put the money back into my account. When I questioned why I was refunded instead of an exchange I was told they did not have my size yet I could just purchase my size online.
Mango put the refund back into my account and if I was to buy the boots again the sale was over and they would be at full price.
It was not a nice thing to do and was actually very cunning and sneaky to do to a regular customer.
I normally do not leave bad reviews but this really disappointed me what Mango did to a customer. I now purchase from a different retailer and will never buy from Mango again.

Never ever shopping in Mango again

After years of shopping in Mango in the stores and buying a lot of clothes from Mango this was the first time I shopped with them online and I had to get my money back off them through PayPal I returned the items and they would not credit back my account even though they admitted they had processed my return. I am disgusted and I will never ever buy anything from Mango online or in store ever again
