A couple of days ago I was informed by…
A couple of days ago I was informed by PAL via email on the change of aircraft on our way back to sfo .Due to this our seat assignment changed as well. I was given 2 seats far apart when the previous ones were side by side. I called Mango Tours. Valere returned my call .I let her know the situation.She worked on it and about half an hr letter called me back and helped me resolve the issue. She's really a great ,did her best to get us the seats where we can sit together. You should hire more employees like Valere .Thank you Valere for saving our trip. More power to you .
