I had made the order as it was on offer for some of the items as buy 1 get 1 free. Upon receiving the order I was in for a shock as all the containers were half empty and not enough rice, they could at least filled it with some salad but I felt it wasn't worth £16 for half a container of chicken and rich. I have been there before & was happy with each serving but I guess delivery comes with different portion size.

It took 30 mins for to get drinks and food ordered and they is kids screaming running around next to my table jumping around being loud while trying to eat my food and no one still said a word and my food took ages to come

absolutely disgusting me and my 12 YEAR old friend went for a meal today and went to asked for a kids meal but they wouldn’t serve us even though we are legally 12 made us pay first because they didn’t trust us, the workers treated us horrendously and ostracised us never ever again swore at us i wouldn’t recommend bringing your family and kids as they wouldn’t let you get a kids meal

Good customer service is common in food catering businesses; it's part of restaurant culture. However, exceptional customer service is rare.

And this is what differentiates Manjaros from other restaurants and catering companies.

We travelled 40 minutes to Manjaros Ilford, where we received exceptional customer service from staff who were willing to go above and beyond for us (a family of 4).

There was a mistake on our end when placing the orders. We wanted to swap the Mix Skewers for a Half Chicken (as we ordered four mistakenly instead of 3). The staff assisted us quickly, engaged with us a lot, and, not only that, gave us drinks and desserts on the house.

This is super rare, and this is an experience we have never received in our lifetimes. Genuinely, the best dining experience I've had so far in my lifetime.

The food delivery was speedy, and the taste was phenomenal. Big thanks to Mohammad, Eliza, and Harry for supporting us during our dining experience at Manjaros on Ilford Lane.

Felt like we were guests; I went yesterday (6th December 2025) around 9pm. Food was delicious and beautifully presented, atmosphere lively and cheerful. Staff were friendly and efficient (especially Ilyas) he was attentive. Owner very polite, checked up on the service. He offered complimentary ice cream to the little ones, We tried their new Manjaros Dream cake (comes in a tin) very luxurious and delectable! MUST REMEMBER TO TAKE MY FRIENDS THERE ! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed !

First the food took 1 and half hours to come . And all wet and soggy. That's after 7 phone calls from me to the store then I was lied too by the store how the driver was 10 mins away then down the road
I was given the drivers number and when I contacted him he advised he was atleast 20 mins away and this was because the store had sent him on 3 other deliveries prior to mine. When my delivery arrived I was on the call to the manager at the store , advised the store manager that all my food was cold and asked the driver to take it eho refused
I requested a full refund and was advised my the manager to email my account details for a refund. This was on Friday and 3 days later I am still chasing a refund for food that I jad to throw out.
Not old was I charged the uber eats food charges but you end up sending your own driver and billed me.for it

Food was below average and made me Ill service was ok but what was worse was no place of work should bring politics in. The fact there was Palestinian flags around was not acceptable. I care not for politics so don’t need it shoved in my face when I’m out

I ordered garlic mushroom pasta from manjaros Ilford branch and it caused me food poisoning!!! I was vomiting excessively and got diarrhoea as well after eating that! Poor quality and hygiene standards! No food safety at all.

Best Parmos in the North East

The chain of restaurants need closing down. Refusing customers including kids access to plain tap water because they want you to pay for bottled water. The excuse is that their tap water isn't fit for human consumption because "it's not filtered". Every restaurant in any part of the UK has cold running tap water and all water from the taps are perfectly fit to drink. I've heard some lame excuses over the years but this is on another level

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Surprisingly amazing food – a hidden gem in Middlesbrough

I travel a lot for work and happened to be staying near Manjaros in Middlesbrough. Locals recommended it — and let me tell you, they were absolutely right.

The food here is incredibly tasty and unique, with rich flavours and homemade sauces that you won't find anywhere else. One word: mushroom sauce. Try it with their chicken fillet — it's something else entirely.

You can taste the care and originality in every dish. This isn’t your typical takeaway — it’s next level.

I’ve been to many places and tried a lot of food, but this was honestly worth it. Highly recommend!

Extremely Poor Service & Cold Food at Manjaros London Road leicester

We recently visited Manjaros, 94A London Road, Leicester, with my wife, daughters, and cousin visiting from Norway. We spent £105.65, but unfortunately the experience was utterly disappointing.
• Appalling service: We requested starters first, yet were immediately served mains. Once we reminded them, they collected the mains and brought out the starters but by the time the mains returned, they were completely cold.
• Lukewarm food: Aside from the dynamite king prawn, which was acceptable, everything else fell flat. It seemed like the kitchen just sprinkled some spice on chilled food rather than serving anything freshly prepared.
• Zero hospitality: The staff showed no warmth, no responsiveness just a complete lack of care.
• Unpleasant guest experience: Our cousin from Norway was visibly disappointed. No one should go there expecting genuine service.
• Overall rating: 1 / 10 only the king prawns saved it from zero.

I strongly advise against dining here. Not worth the price or the disappointment.

ILFORD: poor quality burger. overcooked and hard.
dirty toilets.
basin to wash hands not working.
greasy condiment bottles.
freindly waiting staff let down by poor management staff.
manger on duty told me they have filthy toilets because that's the kind of customers they have!

Good food, good buzz, good service and a happy customer.

Ordered uber eats their parmo burgers which was on offer surprised to see their portion so less had same three weeks before it was on offer with good portion. They cut it down this time which really looked like kids meal not worth

2 min to estimated delivery it has got cancelled

called up their Ilford branch to find out what's wrong

oh your good got picked it it has nothing to do with us

surely you have responsibility to deliver on time why was the delivery time keep changing and why cancell 2 mins to delivery

this is the 2nd time this has happend the first time it was a 2hr wait & I decided today to give them a second chance

I ordered waka chicken it arrived swimming in oil and with missing cheese bread.. I paid ALOT of money for very little food and honestly the food was inedible and Uber were no help… I will NEVER EVER order from here ever again I’m disgusted by the quality of food for a extortionate amount of money… SHAME

Newcastle branch doesn't worth. Prices are very expensive. They are so stingy because we asked them to fill the water bottle of our child with tap water but they refused to enforce us to buy a water bottle from them even we have paid a very high cost for their food. In addition, the restaurant hall was very hot and they didn't use air conditioner or even fans. WE WILL NEVER EVER DEAL/ EAT IN THAT DISAPPOINTED HORRIBLE RESTAURANT ANYMORE.
