I have bought from Manles a couple of times previously and on this occasion I bought some boots from Manles for a cosplay.
Despatch was slightly delayed but only by a couple of days. Delivery tracked and quick.
All enquiries responded to quickly and helpfully.
Boots were tailored made and are of a good quality and sized to fit.
From order to delivery was 3-4 weeks.
Recommended and I would use them again.
I've purchased a costume on their website and it has been a waste of time since then. Poor communication to say the least, they reply you back after weeks or even months. It has now been one year since I placed the order and can't even get a refund. They won't even reply to my emails!
