Horrible material, stitching and the item was a total joke and nothing like the picture. It is sad that they refused to refund me even after putting pictures and doing video calls.

This was the first time I had ordered any outfits on line, so was very sceptical at first.
The communication from Maria was absolutely fantastic, she kept me informed around my order every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for her she advised and guided me through everything.
My order arrived exactly when I was told it would. The stitching of my daughters lengha was perfect.
I would highly recommend this company. Excellent first class customer service.
Manndola will always be my place to shop from now on. They have made a customer for life.

I Have ordered from Manndola for a several times now, always satified with their customer service.
I live in Canada and whenever I have to send my mom clothes as gifts, Manndola is my first choice. I cannot be physically present with my family but Manndola makes sure that it delivers my emotions along with those clothes! It is my 'go to' place, as I know that it never compromises on its quality, the customer service is excellent. There is always a wide variety of clothes to choose from and the best part is their personal touch.
So far I have communicated with Maria- their representative, She always responds back quickly to all my concerns, they go above and beyond to deliver the best products, along with the option of sending those beautiful handwritten letters.

Manndola is full of cheats. Don’t trust them. They have no ethics and their only aim is to cheat customers. They sent a product which is totally different from what their website displays. When I complained they asked me to send it back to them. Now they are refusing to accept it’s a fake product and trying to cheat me of ₹5000 that I paid. Their staff Nirali and Gauri are totally uncouth and rude. Now they have the product and my money with them and refusing to even exchange. They don’t answer the calls and have now blocked me on what’s app. Worst online shopping portal ever. Be aware

yes i really can't get my eyes off from the outfit i got customised specially for me from this online website Manndola !! They delivered me on time and i am so happy to add new outfit to my wardrobe.

I had ordered an outfit on Manndola and it was sold out. One of the ladies who works there Nirali called me and explained the situation. She, then proceeded to get me a replacement outfit. She was very helpful and I cannot wait to receive my outfit which should be here shortly. I want to make sure Nirali gets recognition as she was very helpful
