Ellie is the main reason, had lots of ups and downs and stress during a prolonged sale and purchase. However, ellie was a friendly supportive voice at the end of the phone or an email constantly reassuring me throughout absolute superstar and a credit to your company. Thanks for all you did and sorry for being such a pain with my constant questions lol. Also the move managers gemma and rochelle were equally as supportive, overall an excellent experience after an absolute nightmare with a competitor "high street" estate agent who were previously assigned for my sale. Ellie gemma and rochelle handled the purchase side of things brilliantly restoring some faith if I ever decided to sell again.

To be fair, you actually sold it four times but other people & their broken chains were the problem !!

Despite having to put up with a naive first time seller & his never ending questions you were always happy & kept me fully up to date.
