This pill box looks nice but I do not find it as practical as the old bog standard flip top pill box. With those you can open just the day you want and tip out your pills. With this you have to open the whole box and get them out with your fingers without tipping out other days by mistake. And the slots for each day are quite narrow so it’s a bit fiddly. Also, I take two magnesium, a turmeric supplement and a fish oil capsule, which is not a lot and yet I wouldn’t be able to fit anything much else in there. So, at this price I won’t be buying a second one I’m afraid. Like a lot of New Design, it’s not really designed very well.

Prioritises style.

It's aesthetically pleasant and, a week into use, it's staying shut still. But the compartments are too small for more than 4 capsules and each capsule needs to tbe carefully placed into each compartment to make it work.

They've clearly done very precise calculations of cost vs size, and pitched their advertising at people who can afford £30 rather than the £10 for standard pill boxes.

I held off purchasing because of the increased use of terms like 'nasty plastic' 'elevate' 'discrete' but hey ho, here we are.

Other manufacturers will start producing these kinds of products and the cost will come down. Just be aware that if you need to take a number of pills that there may not be enough space for all of them.

I got the am/pm box and I really like it, it looks amazing and fits all of my meds, even the chonky calcium tablets. The am/pm are upside-down, but it's not really that much of a distraction, the drawers are different colours. For anyone wondering, it is possible to get the metal casing engraved without damaging the finish, just make sure to use laser engraving.

I received my am/pm pill box today and was really pleased upon opening it. That, however, changed a bit when actually using it. I feel it could benefit from slightly more friction on the drawers. They feel too loose and are awkward to hold in position whilst tipping the box up to access my medication. That’s a small issue that I’m hoping they may improve upon?
The worst, and really baffling issue is the am/pm markings on the end of the drawers. They’re upside down surely?! When I first used it I just tipped my med’s all over the floor. I don’t get it. Why have they done it that way?!. Look, don’t get me wrong it’s a quality feeling pull box in the hand, and I do like it. However, I feel it’s let down by the am/pm markings in particular. It’s a keeper though. I will be buying the 2.0 version if they sort these issues.

I love my am/pm pillbox. It's smart looking, discrete, and feels very robust. Importantly, it doesn't feel like it's going to open accidentally when I'm travelling.

There are a couple of things I'd like to see for improvement:

1. Some kind of indexed stops, so that I know by feel that I've got it open to an exact spot. So that I don't accidentally release some of tomorrow's pills by mistake. That's something that's hard to do with the more common type of dispensing box.

2. Some way to access the middle of the week. For example, if I'm going away from Friday to Tuesday, I'll want to fill out next Monday and Tuesday, maybe even Wednesday and Thursday. At this point, it requires some manual dexterity to get at Saturday's tablet while not spilling Monday's: I wrap my left hand round the earlier days while tipping the pills directly into my mouth!

3. Visibility. I'd like to be able to see inside without opening the box. That way, I can tell at a glance whether I've taken my tablets.

4. Some way of locking the box, to kid-proof it.

These are minor drawbacks. I'm much happier travelling with this box than any other that I've had.

Solid bit of kit. Pretty much indestructible and surprisingly small for how much it can hold. I can get my 6 tablets including a massive 80mg artovastatin in each compartment and get 2 weeks supply in the am/pm version. Small company with a great product. Worth supporting!

The perfect pill container!
I bought the AM/PM version and have found that it works well - no more confusion over taking my medication. The bonus is that the container is well made, looks and feels good. Highly recommended.

Great smart pill case and quick delivery!

I was looking for a tablet organiser that was more attractive and discreet than the usual plastic pillbox. My initial purchase of 2 cases was so successful that I recently ordered again for my husband.
Yes, they are expensive, but worth it for the quality, durability, and ease. We have a morning and an evening case, each in different colours. They sit on a shelf or bedside table where we can easily see them.
Ordering and delivery are swift and efficient.

This is the most well designed and robust pill sorter for travelling that I have ever used. It is easy to open but stays shut in transit, it holds an amazing amount of pills in each compartment, which surprised me despite the reviews I had seen saying this was the case.
And it looks great and feels nice to use. There is nothing ‘medical’ about its appearance unlike many other pill sorters, and it also does not look old fashioned. The smooth metal casing is robust and a beautiful colour as well. It arrived quickly and i am delighted with it.
