Trust the bad reviews. 2 weeks and counting, initially selling stock they didn’t have, then the delivery has dissapeared.
They aren’t the seller, they’re a third party, so if anything goes wrong it takes twice as long to resolve.
I wouldn’t mother if you need anything delivering in good time to be honest.

I didn’t realise that this company was a market place company who sold items for other company’s , they really need to be taking complaints seriously
I purchased a garden patio sofa set which was delivered to another area and left out in the rain for three days! I had been told my parcel was delivered !
Yes it was but not to me ! I also purchased a patio set cover at the same time from Manomano but from a company called Aosom who are advertising it as waterproof , it certainly was not waterproof not even shower proof & the absolute circus of trying to get my refund was absolutely shocking , the communication was terrible the worse I have ever experienced! I had to chase it for 4 weeks via email and online chat there is no phone number to speak to an actual person , I will never buy anything again from this company , the stress is of the scale , I would have just have chalked it up to a mistake and to never purchase again but because of the diabolical customer service & ignorance I received , I kept pushing for my refund , patio cover is now given away to a cat charity

Order M260590239480 made 7th May and delivery promised for 19th to 20th May. On the 12th May this was amended to 19th to 21st May and simultaneously the tracking link showed it as despatched and delivered on the 12th May (?). Here we are on the 22nd May and no sign of a delivery, and the DPD tracking number from ManoMano is ten figures but DPD use fourteen numbers.
To add insult to injury the ManoMano website says that the seller is best placed to help but the only information they give on the seller is 'Ketayou GB' - no e-mail address, phone number or telephone number and, unsurprisingly, there is no Ketayou GB listed on Companies House.
So, all in all, very poor.

Firstly i was misold a product from one of their retailers. Asked for this to be corrected. Mano Mano didn't take down the advert, tell the seller to be truthful in thier advertising.
When i asked to return it, the company and Mano Mano refused to provide packaging to return item.
I asked for a copy of their complaint procedure and policy relating to the equalities act. As i need to challenging potential discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. Mano Mano refused to email both of these policies.
I'm pretty sure Mano Mano are breaking numerous laws here, as well as not conforming to Trading Standards and Advertising Standards Authority.
Awful sitiuation.

As a company who supplies products for other retailers, you would think they would do their best to ensure their customers receive the best, by checking out other suppliers carefully . They do not. I ordered a bathroom cabinet, and the seller was Delux Bathrooms. The item was well packaged, and included plastic wrap over the glass and mirror. The plastic wrap stayed on until the cabinet was on the wall. Then on removing the plastic I found a small sliver glass chip sandwiched between the glass mirror and door backing. Delux Bathrooms implied it had happened during installation (it clearly hadn't). They offered £10 compensation on a £170 item. Inadequate. ManoMano even though they say would intervene if the seller doesn't respond satisfactory, stated the choice was accept the "goodwill" offer or return the product. I wanted £50 compensation, eventually settled for £30. Overall, both Delux Bathrooms and ManoMano were inadequate. I wish I'd read the reviews here first. Avoid!

Got water filter that unfortunately doesn't fit where we wanted it to go and asked for return. Got email someone will contact me 24-48h later. Its been 8 days still haven't heard anything from anyone. Their chat is always down so very disappointed with service.

We ordered 2 radiators a little while ago, they were the same shape, but different colours. They sent 1 that was correct, the other was the wrong size and the wrong volour and with the wrong size heating element.
When I tried to raise this issue there was total radio silence with no response at all. I was just left trying to make the best of a bad experience.

Bought a patio heater on the 14th april.
17th april a coffee table was delivered.
Then was told they could no longer send the patio heater due to computer problems.
Then asked me to take the coffee table to a dpd point, i then shocked by this service found a phone number for customer service which wasnt easy to find. Asked for a refund and they said not until thr coffee table was sent back. 30th april coffee table returned and refund issued. Not experienced such a bad service in my life. Oh and after asking for some kind of compensation they gave me a £10 voucher.

I cannot fault the service in any way and I am very happy with my purchase
Happy to take the money, promise delivery and then say at the last minute they can't deliver. Waste of time and money.

Ordered an aluminium ladder and a stainless steel ladder arrived instead. Communication is limited and still waiting for collection of the item and my refund after weeks of chasing. It is not worth the hassle of purchasing from this company.

This was the first time I have used ManoMano and it was disappointing. I ordered a Bosch Professional 18V Angle Grinder (with case, batteries & charger) at a very reasonable price, even when including the P&P. Two days later, I received an e-mail saying my order had been 'rejected by the seller' and I would receive a refund; there was no further explanation, but my guess is that the seller didn't have the item to sell in the first place! I've given this review 2 stars as the refund came through within a couple of days, but I would be extremely hesitant about using ManoMano in the future.

Would put No stars if I could.
They Give unrealistic delivery times they know full well they can’t achieve and use sub par couriers.
They just hope majority of people will just accept the late delivery.
So I wouldn’t advise ordering anything from this company especially if what you’re ordering has any sort of time constraints and if any issues do arise with your order I wouldn’t hold your breath on actually being able to rectify it with any urgency, not possible to speak to a human being and even the automated bot responses tell you you’ll be waiting 48 hours for any sort of response.

Wardrobe is brilliant, cheaper than other sellers for the same item but I did notice a little scratch line that went across the top of the mirror, if it was new or not idrk, the price difference was worth that little scratch tho
I purchased a garden storage box through ManoMano Italy, recommended by their representative as suitable for storing outdoor cushions. Despite following all instructions and using the provided internal lining, water pooled inside the box and our cushions were ruined by mould on two separate occasions.
We took every additional precaution possible — purchasing extra protective bags at our own expense and moving the box indoors over winter — yet the product still failed. It is simply not fit for its intended purpose.
When we requested a refund, ManoMano refused, citing internal policies. Despite multiple escalations, they have continued to deflect, at one point suggesting we may have installed the internal cover incorrectly. They have now stopped responding in English altogether.
Under EU Directive 2019/771, consumers are entitled to a two-year guarantee on goods not fit for purpose. ManoMano has refused to honour this.
We are now pursuing the matter through the UK International Consumer Centre. I would caution anyone considering purchasing outdoor storage products through this platform
