Never buy with this guys!

Warning for anyone with insurance or extended warranties on home appliances.

My dishwasher has baskets so rusted that it contaminates the dishes with metal residue. I filed a claim and they told me it's just a "cosmetic issue" and not covered.
Cosmetic issue? My family eats off those dishes.
I read the contract carefully: structural damage is only excluded if it doesn't affect how the appliance works. A machine that contaminates food is not working properly.

I'm taking this to the regulator and the customer ombudsman. I won't stop at the first "no" or the fifth.
