What a rude man !!
Placed an order on 1st April which I needed by 9th April because I go away, orders normally come within a few days so thought I had plenty of time. Chased up today and was told they should be with me by Friday. When I explained I needed them by Saturday he said it was cutting it fine so I politely asked if he could cancel the order, I’ll order the ones I desperately need off Amazon for now and then place a full order from him when I get back off holiday… he’s reply was “don’t worry l have cancelled the order and l would rather you purchase from Amazon in future.”
10 out of 10 for customer service NOT !!

I purchased on of Maples Framing USB engraved memory sticks a while ago. When I tried to copy photographs to it, I discovered it was locked as a read only only device. I couldnt format it or do anything with it. I contacted Maples. They said They would refund me, but on the terms I didnt make any further purchases from them. I told them I wasnt looking for a refund, only to know if other customers had the same problems as I did with the product. Needless to say I wont be doing business with them in the future. Terrible customer service.

We needed a very specific frame and mount for a 17" x 6" painting. Not only did this company have exactly what we wanted but it was in stock!! We also had a fabulous selection of frame and mount colours to choose from.
Delivery took 2 days from order and I have never seen a more carefully wrapped picture frame in my life. Maple Framing have a specialised packing system that is totally amazing.
