Not gonna lie, was a bit skeptical at first. By after much consideration and many read reviews, I have come to the conclusion that Maple Leaf Promotions is the single most experienced company when it comes to making ice cream sundaes.

Customer service is lacking. My phone agent was a little short with me, and not overly friendly. I chose to go with them, because they had some good prices. Fingers crossed.

Very smooth, uncomplicated experience. Order was processed quickly and delivered on-time and exactly as we expected. Very happy with the price of our item and the overall experience. Would re-order without hesitation when the time comes.

Maple Leaf Promotions is very service oriented. I had an issue with the first batch of floating keychains and Maple Leaf Promotions gave me great service to replace free of charge and at a reduced lead time. This was great!!!

The glove size was smaller that expected. And the color was not a true representation of that listed. Would not comfortably fit a man's hand.

I received my order of 200 bags in the wrong color. Waiting to hear back from Maple Leaf to correct the situation.

I found this website by chance, and called Customer Service to help me place my order. Nelinda was very professional and extremely helfpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Didn't know products, explain products. There site shows acrylic magnets, paid for a sample but didn't receive an acrylic sample. I specifically asked for acrylic, paid $15 to receive paper magnet.

Great product, was very easy to work with Maple Leaf. Our only issue was that after ordering we received no confirmation that our order was being processed and no indication of when it was shipped. We had to phone the company to get this info, which they happily provided, but most other online retailers provide a confirmation email for this.

Customer service was great as usual HOWEVER.... Normally I pay $15, $14.04, etc. for delivery but this time.. it jumped from $14.04 last time about 6 months back all the way up to $133!!! this time! Talk about shock. Needless to say, I ended up cutting back my order significantly due to this and I hate to say it after a few years of using this company and really do like it, I will be hard pressed to come back due to the shipping costs. That's just a bit on the crazy and excessive side. I was given some reason about Fed Ex but quite honestly, there really is no excuse to go from $14 to $133 in one single bound. I could understand shipping going up a bit, maybe $20 or even $30 but $119??? I am a small non-profit organization, I don't have money like that which is why I had to really cut back the order. I have a budget and it's one thing to go over budget by a bit but not that much.

This was the first time I have worked with Maple Leaf Promotions. They have been helpful in every aspect of my order. I didn't know there lead time for sure but they have been accommodating for my time frame.

I ordered from a different company last year and i had my calendars a week after i placed the order. I received an email that said that within 48 hours my calendars would be ready that was 5 days ago and still i have not received them or an email to tell me they have shipped.
