Excellent service from the Milton Keynes Branch. A big thank you to Joe Marabese, he was a great help in designing the kind of kitchen we needed, very basic but absolutely brilliant.
The fitting was very quick and mess was slight, my husband and I are very pleased with the finished design and we would both highly recommend Marabese Ceramics as a very respectable and professional company.

We are planning to refurb our bathroom and Barbara Babb at Marabese has been incredibly helpful with ideas and advice. The company has a very good selection of tiles and sanitary ware on display at what seem to be very competitive prices.

Excellent service from the Bedford Depot... Recommended Plumber... Lewis Morey Plumbing Services, between Lewis and Barbara Babb at the Bedford Store they both measured and designed our bathroom .. both the service and communication was excellent, it took just over a month to order and fit our suite... (although we had to book Lewis months in advance) standard of work was excellent and would recommend both Marabese, Bedford and Lewis Morey for any jobs in the bathroom and kitchen... we have now booked to have our en-suite done for next year. Well done guys.

Well the service I received from the store in Milton Keynes was very good, and I was also very pleased with the tiles, but the problem was their highly recommended tile fitter, Gavin Nicol, who works very closely with the store.

A few weeks after he finished the work (and after I had paid for it in full) we noticed a problem with several of the tiles sounding hollow - the adhesive had debonded from the back of the tiles. Despite trying to contact the fitter directly on numerous occasions, popping into the store a number of times to get them to contact him, and even talking to the owner of the business directly, I have been unable to get the fitter to contact me and arrange a date to fix the problem tiles (now three months since he finished the work). Of course when he was doing the work he said that if there were any problems then let him know and he would come back and sort them out - the reality seems to be that I will never hear from him again. How can a store recommend and work closely with someone that seems to have no intention of providing any sort of customer care, leaving me unable to finish decorating the areas where the work was done, and most likely having to pay someone else to replace the problem tiles.

They found spares for my shower quickly, without any issues or cost. Thanks very much, first class customer service.

The service from Marabese has been excellent. We found Dez to be very helpful and he guided us with good design and being able to see pictures to visualise the end result was great.
The installation team led by Joe was well organised and efficient and they managed to complete in a week what we expected to take two.
Would thoroughly recommend as our new bathroom is beautiful.

We have just had our en-suite transformed thanks to Joe Caruso and his team, working to a design by Dez at the Bedford showroom. Absolutely brilliant work! I have already recommended them to a neighbour and would give more than five stars if I could!

My experience has been a real mix bag really. The staff were extremely attentive without being pushy. The flooring and underlay arrived on time, however having been given the measurements they did not order enough underlay despite checking how much would be required with their supplier. Believing the right amount had been purchased work began on laying the flooring. Half way I was advised there was insufficient underlay. Marbese were contacted and advised they could place an order for the rest of the floor but this would have left me four days with half a floor. My contractor was not in a position to reschedule his week. Having sourced supplies elsewhere I asked for compensation equal to a new pack of underlay from Marabese but was refused. They offered a discount on something else but I don't want anything else.

We recently used Marabase Ceramics to design and fit for us a new bathroom and ensuite. We found the team really helpful from start to finish. We started to think about having the bathroom and ensuite replaced at the start of the year and in April, we had a discussion with Dez who then created some fantastic designs for us. Dez also gave us some great ideas about how we could re-configure the layout to create more space to give us a better bathroom experience! The installation team were excellent, they kept us updated on their progress, kept the house very tidy and did a brilliant job for us. We have a new bathroom and ensuite that we are really proud of. Many thanks to Dez and the installation team for all of their efforts. Great job!

We contacted Marabese Ceramics many months prior to the actual installation date of our new bathroom. In that space of time they did a free site survey and design and were happy to answer all the questions we had along the way. When it came to installation, Jacek and his team arrived early and spent over two weeks working very long days to rip out the old bathroom and build a new one, including solid wall insulation. Jacek was happy to adjust things along the way, including building and tiling some shelves at late notice for us. he consulted us on all decisions we were uncertain of, including grout colour and lighting position; and was confident in convincing us of a couple of things where we were uncertain, regarding the tiling. He and his guys were meticulous in their work! He has also returned a few times since to adjust minor things such as refitting the towel rail, once the room had been painted. The room is now absolutely beautiful and it has completely changed how we feel about the house. We will be very happy to use Marabese and their Contractors in the future for more work

Marabese have now created us a wonderful new bathroom. From design to installation great service. Listened to what we required and recommended products to suit and some ideas to create what we required. All this to fit our budget. No pushy sale, no gimmicks. Installation by Jacek was superb. A true professional. He even washed up his coffee mug. Thanks to Lou , Dez and Jacek at Wolverton, we now have a bathroom to be proud of.

We have had two bathrooms fitted through the Bedford shop and was very pleased with the service and fitting. Barbara was extremely helpful and Lewis who fitted the bathrooms was very professional, highly skilled, tidy and clean in his work.

Marabese worked closely and efficiently with us throughout the design, planning and installation phases of our project.

Marabese introduced us to a very impressive kitchen showroom/warehouse in Daventry which allowed us to narrow our requirements. We then worked closely with the Marabese team in Bedford and their excellent range of products and tiling to finalise our thoughts and design.

Joe Marabese himself was very interested and involved in our project before, during and afterwards and communication and interaction was first-rate through-out.

Marabese as a company provided us with confidence and reassurance all the way through our 12 week project. Their installation team they were all polite and courteous and we were happy to leave and trust them unattended in our home.

Marabese have delivered a first class end product and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
