I love it. I am able to get a lot done in my business. I no longer have to worry about social media post or sending emails. This is what I have been looking for.

I’ve loved using Marblism. We run an AI-first fractional accounting and FP&A services firm, and it has allowed our team to focus on what we do best instead of spending countless hours sorting through emails, business development, and marketing tasks.

The EA agent, Eva, has been incredibly helpful — drafting responses to general inquiries and helping prioritize urgent versus non-urgent emails. The BD agent has also been a huge asset, assisting with outbound email drafting and supporting automated funnel campaigns that we can easily tailor with customized messaging and follow-up sequences.

Overall, Marblism has helped streamline operations and improve efficiency across our business development and communication workflows.

Enjoyed the simplicity of setting it up to my brand's email, socials and webs, and teaching it my brand voice. This is thorough and natural in its responses. There are a couple things I would appreciate addressing - one is the mobile app version doesn't allow adding images in the chat, who can in the "brain" icon. Second is allowing a stop to the thinking so you can add more information in a follow up chat message. The photos for socials are great so far, and it takes redirects beautifully. Very happy with my AI team.

I hesitated but so glad I chose to try it out. Already saving me so much time, but the true gem is the immediate presence and consistency it builds for your brand, equaling better authority in your niche. Customer service is also amazing.

I've only been using Marbelism for a short time, and already it has been so impactful, freeing up my time and organizing me in ways I'm not sure I knew were event possible.

At first, I signed up for the membership but honestly didn’t see much value in it after the first couple of hours. I actually went ahead and submitted a cancellation request because I didn’t think it was going to be useful for me.

But the next morning, I woke up and noticed it had already completely changed the way my email inbox looked and functioned. Everything became much easier to scan and organize. That’s when I decided to give it another real shot.

After spending more time with it and trying features like the social media and blog post tools, I completely changed my mind. Instead of canceling, I decided to keep the membership.

Looking back, I just didn’t see the value right away. But after using it for a few days, it became clear that it’s actually a very useful tool and something I can genuinely see myself continuing to use.

One Week in, Pleasantly surprised!

It does all it says it done and more... And I am sure there is more I have not found yet. I keep running into things the AI agents suggest I do that I had no idea it could. I also find just asking if it can do some things a worth while. I have been quite surprised by the results.

One big thing, you do have to essentially train the bots. They learn quite quickly, but give them all the information you can! The more you do, the less "AI sounding" text or AI looking images they produce.

Love Marblism, quick and easy setup, productive agents and very good at each of their specific roles. Also love their sense of humour...never grumpy!

I have only just started using Marblism, and so far I am really enjoying it, all the AI staff are easy to deal with and all very helpfull. I hope to update my review in the near future.

As an artist with 37 years of experience in the automotive industry, I’ve spent most of my time building, creating, painting, and designing — not blogging or learning complicated SEO strategies. I build my own websites, but understanding modern SEO and how to create content that actually works online was always something I never fully had time to focus on.

What I appreciate about Marblism is that it explains SEO in a simple, understandable way. Instead of making things overly technical, it helped me understand how search engines work, how to create blogs for my websites, and how to better optimize my online presence in today’s modern digital world.

As someone from a hands-on automotive and custom art background, I found it valuable because it breaks down complex ideas into practical steps that creators and small business owners can actually use. I've been using Marblism for about 3 weeks now, and it has really helped me organize my weeks and has saved me an enormous amount of time on my social media presence. I also love how it summarizes all my online meetings with clear next steps. It's like I have a full-fledged team behind me doing all the mundane tasks. I was skeptical, but now I am a believer for sure.

Great follow up and execution. My team is caring and proactive and focused on detail. The staff, the customer relations are great.

I purchased this services to help me with my small business. In the beginning eveything seemed to go well until the bot decided to follow a prewritten prompt and not my instructions. The result was an email that went out that cost me potential sales.

When I initially brought this to the attention of support, I was told it was MY fault, and treated as if my role as the owner and person who was providing instructions that needed to be done.

Over the next month, I would provide assignments for data scraping to build sales leads. Lists were made but when I asked for the list to be recalled, the bot could not recall the list or even making it.

I have brought this up to support and eventually was contacted and spoke with the FOUNDER. He listened and assured me that things would get better. We then had another repeat issue after providing more instructions and information to help the bots run.

Finally, after several WEEKS of emails, I was introduced to Melissa, one of their onboarding specialists. She has been working with me on a regular basis to address concerns, listen and research certain behaviors of the bots and been helpful.

It's not perfect, but the fact that the team at Marblism is working on it actually figuering out some of the things that I (and other, according to some of the Facebook Groups I am a member of) have expreinces has been helpful.

My biggest advice: Feed the "Brain" of any AI platform as much as you can with detailed and specific instructions.

It's not perfect for my needs yet, but its getting there.

Great product. It saved me hundreds of dollars and so much time. Super user friendly and I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone!
