Bad experience with Marbodal
Marbodal Malmö Svågertorp:
My current kitchen is from Marbodal and I chose them mainly for the design. Unfortunately, the design turned out disappointing, the product quality feels average . honestly, no better than IKEA. On top of that, you pay almost triple the price.
The worst part is the service: they don’t answer emails, they ignore follow-up questions, and the staff are neither helpful nor professional. Overall, not recommended
Edit: Nothing has changed in the company. They contacted me only to ask what the problem was. Even after I explained that the issue was on their side, they still asked how they could help , when in reality, they were the ones ignoring emails, neglecting customers, and failing to respond. What they truly need is help to fix their company culture so it meets basic human and international ethical standards.
I don’t mind paying more for quality, but when the service is poor and the product quality is no better than others, at the very least you expect good service and clear answers. Instead, you just end up feeling foolish for paying extra. That’s why still, I cannot recommend Marbodal to anyone.
