I have purchased TWO single natural latex mattresses (medium), over the last two years.
They are fabulous quality and the first purchase is not showing any signs of wear.
The website is very easy to navigate!
Ordering is easy!
There are various payment options.
Mattresses are made to order, so up to two weeks (probably max),for delivery.
I can definitely recommend this company and their products!
Nearly forgot, also purchased latex pillows!👍👍👍

Great product and good service

We ordered Memory Foam Mattress RAINBOW - Size: 120x200 cm which was to be delivered to London. It was supposed to be delivered up to 7-8 days but it took 9-10 working days. Because of that delay we were not able to accept the delivery as we were away. We emailed them a couple of times to possibly cancel it but they insisted it was on time. They said they don't know how much it would cost if it was returned back to them and we had to pay for the return shipping costs, any customs fees, and the cost of the cover because it was a "custom size". When we ordered it didn't say anything about a "custom size". You just choose the size that suits you.
Be careful if you want it delivered to the UK. No matter the reason - delivery delay, not comfortable etc. you have to pay all the fees for returning it back to Italy. I recommend look for a nice mattress here in the UK.

Great experience ordered from Italy to come to Scotland. Came in safe packaging and was easy to unpack. No bad smells and wonderful to sleep on. I love Italian made goods where so much care is taken.

I ordered a special size 180 x 210 cm of an expensive model. They quickly produced and sent it to Spain. I’m happy with the quality and the service. Recommended

Excellent and rapid service. Good value, good product

After unpacking the mattress, I discovered that the cover was damaged and dirty. I took photos and contacted customer service, hoping for a fair resolution. However, instead of taking responsibility, I was blamed—pointing to a pallet and OSB boards in my background as “proof” I’d caused the damage myself.

Customer service suggested I buy a new cover but showed no willingness to address the core issue. They kept insisting their quality check was flawless and that such damage was impossible.

Their only “solution” was to offer me a new cover at my own expense, while insisting their ISO 9001 quality checks make any factory defect “impossible.” This feels less like a one-off mistake and more like standard policy: if anything goes wrong, they wash their hands of responsibility and leave you footing the bill.

If you value honest customer support and companies that stand by their products, look elsewhere. Based on what I’ve experienced—and what I’ve seen echoed by others—their approach is consistently dismissive and defensive. I cannot recommend buying from them.

Update after their response:
It’s shocking they’d question my version of events—insisting I caused the tear myself when the mattress arrived damaged. This is classic blame-shifting and incredibly unprofessional..

We bought a latex mattress for our son recently and he finds it very comfortable. It is a well made mattress of exceptionally good value. The whole process of ordering from the start to the end was very smooth, with excellent communication throughout. I would highly recommend this company!

EDIT, 15/03/2025:"bedroomstylereviews.com_ break-in-a-latex-mattress" shares some useful information, which should be found on Marcapiuma's website, or in a User Manual, instead of the claim "non-deformable" mattress. Though there's a very important point in the above mentioned article: "...you may notice slight dips or body impressions in the mattress which – unless the mattress is defective and needs repairing/replacing /under the warranty or sleep trial – should not exceed 0.5 inches in depth and should actually aid with making your mattress more comfortable."
The dips in our mattress are the double of that. I have read many reviews of this mattress and some of them claim, that the mattress is too firm, as a negative feature. Though, many says that it's pretty soft. I'd say that ours originally is definitely firm and got a lot softer where the body imprint can be found. If you are moving a lot during sleep, then you'll probably soften the majority of your mattress, my son is a calm sleeper, so he pressed his "bodyshape" in a small, restricted area, which is a pretty weird "feature" and I'm not convinced, that it's healthy in the long run, and not convinced that our mattress is not faulty. I'll try to break it in and update.

I’m trying to warn everybody to the drawback of the Sevenlife 100%(?) latex mattress. I do not recommend buying this type, unless you’ll be happy sleeping on a mattress which firmness quickly reducing where your body imprints will be and then stays like that for the next 15-20(?) years.

I’m giving 2 stars, because it’s a product review and not a company review, and Marcapiuma has done what they could to protect their business and maybe their other products would have suited me better. I wanted to leave a product review on eBay as well, but I just had to learn that reviews can only be left within 60 days from purchase, which doesn’t make too much sense on a product with a 10-year warranty.

I purchased a 90x200cm Sevenlife 20cm Latex mattress to my son (60kg) in July 2024 from eBay. Despite I’m in the UK, everything went well with the delivery.

My son started using the mattress in September 2024, so for 6 months now.
When I received it the first impressions were really good, the quality seemed perfect, it was “heavy” as a latex mattress should be, so it seemed a pretty good choice.

At the end of January 2025, when my wife changed the cover on his mattress, she asked me to come and check something on it, to my huge shock. The mattress had two dents, somewhere below my son’s hips and shoulders. They were not only visual, but can be felt by hand that it’s not on the same level and not the same firmness as the surroundings.

I contacted Marcapiuma via eBay, who were quick to answer, asking for some photographs and giving me some advice how to take those to help them identify the issue. I made photos and videos and sent them over. I had no answer for almost a week.
I sent them a message asking for an answer and set them a deadline to that. I quickly received the following:
“Good morning, the tolerance limits for material settling are defined by the UNI EN 10707 standard and subsequent amendments, which considers as compliant the loss in thickness of the finished mattresses of ≤1 cm +5% of the original length, width and height of the product, during their use.It is therefore simply a natural settling of the materials.Kind regards, Staff Marcapiuma”

Beforehand there was a name and that “personal touch” in the correspondence you should expect from a “a human-sized company in Italy” – as we can read from one of the Trustpilot reviews.

What is even worse than the indentations (which are at about the limit the standard set up – but, again, on a 6-month-old 100% Latex mattress!), is the change in the firmness of the material where the indentations are. I have never seen a mattress sagging that badly, and what’s more frightening, so quickly. Searching the net for mattress sagging, the LATEX mattresses always have the best sagging-proof capabilities for up to 10 years! I turned ours twice since I contacted Marcapiuma, and the indentations are there after some days of sleeping on it!! Again, a 60kg boy!

It's like sleeping on a pretty old, soft, foam mattress, where you stuck in a fixed position in a valley in the middle of it.

Marcapiuma might be right that this mattress complies with the above standard. The standard only sets up size tolerance and not firmness tolerance, which is here the real problem. I’m 49 and I wanted to buy a really good mattress to my son. I’ve used many mattresses before, but never seen any behaving like this. Maybe it’s up for the standards, but I would never buy this type again. It’s cheaper – it’s not cheap at all! - than any other Latex mattress on the market, but maybe that’s where the problem lies.

I thought I should write a quick review for the English audience out there...

The latex mattresses I bought for my children was really great quality. The removable zip-up covers were far superior quality compared to what I was expecting.

The main reason for writing this review was to confirm that this company's billing process included not only the shipping but all import taxes too. Consequently, whilst these are quite high from the UK, you will NOT experience any un-budgeted import taxes from the EU (which I have received when buying from other EU online stores).

My husband ordered pillows on 22.12.2024 and today he gets email to evaluate the products but the product hasn't arrived yet. On their web site in tracking details it says that is still in production!!!

Excellent service and products from a human-sized company in Italy, located near Venice. Unlike the zombie responses from a mega-corporation. Maybe because this Italian team have been taking sleeping seriously since 1911? 😀

We had quite technical, precise demands for a cinema project. They were easy to reach via WhatsApp, talked through all the details and the mattress, exactly as specified, arrived 3 days later to Paris, via TNT (part of FedEx).
