I started with a 5-star review, hoping for a great experience. Unfortunately, when Marci cleaned my bathroom, I noticed it wasn't done properly. I asked him to improve it, and he said, 'No problem.' At the end, he claimed he did a 'deep cleaning' and requested extra payment, which I gave him. However, the reality was disappointing—I have photos as evidence, although I can't attach them here. He was supposed to come back the following Saturday to fix the issues, but without any explanation, he said he wouldn't be coming. This isn't the level of cleaning or professionalism I expect from a professional cleaner

Originally my reviews was a 5 stars- unfortunately Marci has left me a few days before him coming over for the 2nd time - He has send a very laconic message which haven't explain anything.
So in summary - a decent job done - but not consistent which in my occasion was a crucial . Shame

I am changing my review to 1 start now - Maricel sent me very rude disrespectful message - I can not recommend him unfortunately at all.

Marciel has done a good job, efficient and clean.

Marci did a great job refreshing our new flat before moving in. He was quick, everything was squeaky clean and smelling amazing. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you and I'll definitely book you in the future. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased and very impressed with Marci’s work! The results he delivered and continues to deliver are amazing. We hired him to attend multiple properties as we are a business and with each job we have been amazed! He cleaned up quickly but effectively and not a spot was left untouched!
