I feel ashamed of my country

They did everything to get the most wrong as possible . Long lines, poor digital service, ancient infrastructures. The trains DO NOT depart every 15 minutes as advertised, so make sure you take that into account.
It well worth taking an Uber if you are 2 persons.
(Maybe it was designed and build by Bologna taxi company…..)
Makes you feel ashamed of being Italian…

Don’t do it!

Lesson: Don’t ignore the reviews! We did and found out the hard way how bad this service really is. The queues each way were massive! We had a 3hr time buffer until our train left at Bologna, we made it with 15 minutes to spare. Staff came out, casually pointed out a point in the line behind us and told people to go as it would be over an hour’s wait leaving people bewildered and angry. Ticket/QR scanner didn’t work for a lot of people. The ride itself is cramped like a chicken coop and felt like a rollercoaster ride for the most part. It’s a good idea on paper, instead, it’s a poorly executed, embarrassing piece of engineering

The roller coaster

Undoubtedly it is convenient since the journey is short and there are no roadblocks, but such an experience is really bad. It looks like it should tip over at any moment, the jolts are almost violent at times. Those who built it, from the worker to the engineers and architects, and those who tested it, should be ashamed of themselves and go back to school. It is a disgrace as a calling card for the country
