The product (backpack) has been delivered folded so the back remains damaged.
I ask for a refund as it was damaged, i send my item back and I only get refunded after 1 month and a ton of emails.
However, I have never been refunded the cost of transport, contrary to what their returns policy states !!
If your still going to buy here try to go through amazon, it might be better.
Never got so far as to receive or review a product, as there has been no acknowledgement let alone a reply to my enquiries.
