I can see from reviews that this company has patterns and patterns how to handle with customers and make money on “gebyr”.
I wish I have looked throught this for reviews before I ordered.
I ordered back in May from them and then in August recieved the package with couple of things missing. It took them two months to proccess the order without any information that they are out of stock on various items.
Their webpage is poorly updated.
When I recieved a letter from INKASSO I was so pissed so I called them what the actual hell is happening. The so called "customer service" was so horrible - first When I called them I politely asked if we can speak english and I got very strong and rude "NO!" and I was like - okay can you transfer me to somebody who speaks english? I got NO again, then I asked in danish (I tried very hard to sound perfect) about how they can help me and why do they call themselves a customer service since they absolutely refuse to help. We started to argue and when we got to the INKASSO situation I was wiped off with "you were supposed to pay and you didn't".
What? There were no reminders, e-mails or anything that would indicate for me to pay them.
The whole company is run by old rude ladies.
