First time ordering off these at first 1 ordered the wrong fish quick reply & refund given within the hour so I ordered the correct fish came yesterday well packaged eating well will definitely order again

Quick delivery and very well packaged. Ordered a Plexaurella and received a very large and healthy colony with polyps opening pretty soon after going into tank! Very happy.

I called their shop to see and check if they have it in stock a Peacock mantis shrimp to add to my tank and be a buddy to my Damsel (Marty). After confirming over the phone the mantis is in stock made the payment and next day my mantis (Rudy) was shipped. The way it was carefully packaged blown my mind and honestly I read all the 1 star reviews on here which from my view are a bit stupid to be honest because the way the owner treated me I simply cant belive that. When you buy new stock if it doesnt have its own rank you put it in a nursing tank to make sure he is in the clear of anything and only after you mix it with the croud.
Very soon Rudy the mantis and Marty the damsel will be famous

Have ordered from multiple suppliers over the years. The only place where the livestock reliably arrives with warm water in good condition. Fair prices, competitive with LFS even after delivery. Happy customer

Ordered Cowrie snails and Trochus snails. All arrived in good condition, they are both excellent choices for clean up crew. They are all working hard in my tank and helping to keep it clean 👍

I wanted to purchase a particular marine fish for my tank.
Did my internet search and found marine world showing my item in stock at a reasonable price so placed my order paid the required price. Then found out they don't have the fish in stock and I would likely have to wait up to 30 days for the suppler to see if he could find one as per his terms and conditions I waited around for about 25 days and then asked for a refund which he kindly did. My disappointment was that he is deliberately misleading customer's into thinking he has stock which he obviously hasn't. When asked why. he said he marks all his list as in stock because if he managed it properly he would need a another member of staff to manage the system. Misleading customers and living off their money for a month is poor to say the least. Won't be using marine world ever again.

Cancelled order with no communication or reason why. When contacted to ask why they ignored emails and phone calls. Very confusing when a simple answer would have been more than understandable.

Not impressed. This company shows goods as ‘In Stock’ even when they are not. I ordered a Black Banded Cat Shark which was clearly shown on website as ‘In stock’. A couple of days later I phoned to enquire when delivery might be? I was told they don’t keep some items in stock and can take up to 30 days for delivery. Admittedly when I said I wanted to cancel the order and get refunded they did it quickly. But the point is why get someone’s hopes up by showing something as in stock when it isn’t?
I have since bought one from another company who have delivered within 24 hours. Clearly Marine World are making enough money not to worry about the finer points of customer service! I expect a similar reply to this as many other complainants have got…never the companies fault.
I will never buy from this company again but what’s the loss of one customer? 🙄

Unebeliveable. In my 20 years ive been in the hobby ive yet to speak to someone as rude and arrogant as these cowboys. I should have read the reviews below. Promised a delivery thursday and I called a day before to confirm. Then tells me can be 30 days for items not in stock. I then said you confirmed they were in stock to which he goes I wont kiss your ar** for an order.

These cowboys dont deserve to be in this hobby. Whilst I am always happy to support all businesses in this hobby but these guys dont deserve a penny of our hard work. If you're looking for a good online retailer use Abyss, or Kraken.

Ive not even started with these cowboys yet. Next facebook and my social media followers.

Just look at the rest of the reviews. Same issue with so many customers and all they do is make excuses. Its like they are never wrong and all these custimers are wrong

I was looking for a goldflake angel. On the website it says in stock. Tried to email them to ask about the fish. Have ranged their store on several occasions but they hang up or do not answer. If you are paying a lot of money for a fish you would like some basic information about it. Very very poor service

Received some cuc in a box with a heatpack which was cold. The weather was very cold so i was surprised only one heatpack. The shrimp (2 red, 3 cleaner and 4 sexy) were all extremely cold and some already dead. By the evening all were dead. Received partial voucher and so had to buy again. This time ordered yellow frag x 2 and its been over 2 weeks since i had email saying order is being prepped for shipping and now im told no stock. I wont be back. Terrible service.

It pains me to even put one star! This company (dare I call it that) is absolute shambles! They have “stock” on there website they don’t even have! If they do have it and you get it sent to you, you’ll be lucky if it’s alive! even when you’ve proven to them that the fish aren’t alive, they want you to dissect them and even after you done that they offer you a discount code! ARE YOU HAVING A LAUGH!!! They are a bunch of useless cowboys! AVOID THIS COWBOYS! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! TAKE MY ADVICE AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! You will thank me!!

The site shows that everything is available multiple supplies of even hard to get fish. Sent a few messages to try find out if gobies were in stock and trying to get an actual answer was like pulling teeth. I’m glad I didn’t order as I’m not convinced any gobies that I wanted were actually available. Keep this in mind when considering ordering. As you can see from response below, very unprofessional. He could reply to messages on Tuesday not not send a simple list out. Point is don’t advertise livestock as ‘in stock’ when they clearly aren’t! This is false advertising.

Just started our journey into marine and I’m so glad we found Marine World Aquatics. We were very undecided and it was only something we were partially interested in however visiting the shop and the atmosphere with Paul and the customers was so great it was a no brainer. Paul went above and beyond to source us all our equipment to get our tank up and running and gave us an immense amount of knowledge and advice too. He is more than accommodating to whatever need you have and his live stock speaks for itself, healthy, happy and simply stunning. Our tank looks amazing already even though we are only beginners and we are completely in love with the hobby now! It’s all down to the help we’ve received from marine world aquatics and we are extremely grateful! He really
is the most reasonably priced, genuine and helpful and the best in the game by far. We most definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else and can’t wait to continue purchasing the amazing livestock from Marine World.

Just starting out with my salt water aquarium and Paul has been fantastic. Really knowledgeable and really helpful. He’s gone above and beyond in getting us the pipe fish we wanted and all our corals at a great price. Picked up three more corals yesterday that he sourced knowing they would be perfect for my sea horses . So far so good

Fish arrived and appeared ok if not a little subdued which I put down to the stress coat. Followed the introduction instructions to the letter, however, it appears the fish was infected and has now (6 days later) wiped out most of my tank. It now also appears to be on its way out. So a £105 fish has cost me a total of around £700 so far. I will never buy mail order again !!!
