Quick response and supply time
Finding my quality gelcoat filler was having trouble setting in the late autumn weather I found a neighbouring boat repairs were going ahead with minimal trouble using Marine Scene supplied Osculate filler. I don't like using easy sand products on a boat, but needed to effect a good shape to take moulds from. Ringing Marine Scene mid afternoon the filler arrived mid morning the following day. Quick delivery and much cheaper prices than elsewhere

I was looking for new Fenders to replace the 15 years old ones which suffered in recent high winds. The size I wanted was generally around £32 to £40, but I found that Marinescene were selling the exact ones for £147 for 6 on ebay. Called them to make sure it was the same company, and to try and order direct ( to cut out the ebay fees for them), but they said to go ahead on ebay. Fenders arrived quickly, ready inflated. Good service excellent prices

Excellent customer service!

I bought a Jabsco bilge pump for my boat last October, but only gave it a proper test last week after launching for the forthcoming season, only to find it was faulty. The sales team at MarineScene responded superbly by couriering a replacement the next working day and collecting the faulty part at the same time. That is a rare example of customer service that I truly appreciate. Thanks, James & Phil!

Check the Minutiae of your Order

As I mentioned I got a bracket made over the winter and I didn’t notice until writing the email to you to say it wasn’t working that the spotlight I was sent was not the one I ordered. Like I said it was totally my fault for not checking when it was received. So, for clarity, no I didn’t email you last September 2023. However, I did email you in March 2024 to say it isn’t working and you replied sending me Jabsco’s email address and suggested I contact them. I have contacted Jabsco and I still have a light that does not work. Sadly, at this present time, I am failing to see you are doing your utmost to make sure I have a search light that works 😢.

Bought a Jabsco 155sl search light September last year. Got bracket made over the winter and when fitted light last week it didn’t work. Contacted Marine Scene and only noticed while writing email that I had been sent a Jabsco 135sl search light (£80 cheaper light). Totally my fault for not checking the minutiae when received light. Marine Scene directed me to Jabsco about warranty and made no comment about wrong light being sent. Just a warning to others to check you receive exactly the model you purchase when you open the box don’t do what I did and open the box and see a Jabsco search light.

Fast safe delivery of Epoxy Primer…

Ordered 3 packs of Hempels Light Primer lunchtime and it arrived well packed safely next day by DHL cannot fault the service and price. got a phone call when I was having trouble with paying on line but in the the site was not at fault I was selecting the wrong type of credit card from the drop down list
will use again

I bought a water filter in Nov 2022

I bought a water filter in November 2022. And during the cold weather it cracked with the frost. I emailed marinescene and sent a photo. With in the hour I had a message back saying they have sent me out a new one and was very sorry. Without delay they had sent me a new one without question also I had it the next day. I was blown away by the fast response and delivery. I thanked them very much as I didn’t think I would of been sent a new one and they replied straight away and said they try and go above and beyond with customer Service. I can say that they did exactly that. I also want to say a big thank you to Sam who dealt with my inquiry. Thank you Sam 😁

Marine 16 delivered promptly, but …..

Marine 16 delivered promptly- good. Sadly, the small package was completely covered twice with brown plastic wrapping tape - 5 minutes of my life that I won’t get back. And no chance of recycling the cardboard tube.

We do try and keep our packaging as eco-friendly as possible the vast majority of packaging we use is recycled from local corner shops and what we bring ourselves. Right product at the right price

Right product at the right price. The helm seat is nicely finished and ideal for my Shetland 570. Delivered quickly by DHL for no charge and well packed. Definitely a company to deal with in the future.
