Violent driver at Marino Bus 321 from Bari to Matera

I had a very upsetting experience with Marino Bus. The driver was extremely rude and even aggressive towards me and my 14-year-old daughter in front of other passengers. He kept part of the money I had paid and refused to give us a proper ticket or receipt. When I tried to ask for explanations, he insulted me and even grabbed my phone violently. Several passengers witnessed the incident and supported us when we reported it to the police.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone responsible for public service. I hope the company takes serious action. I strongly advise against using this service. Another review from a Greek passenger from July 2025 is on TripAdvisor saying the same and also on the 321 route from Bari to Matera, with a picture of this violent man.

Positive communication is a great asset in any company. We booked seats from La Spezia to…

We booked seats from La Spezia to Genova due to the cancellation of our train tickets because of the strike. The bus stop is not sign posted so until someone else turned up we were not sure if it was the correct place. The bus was supposed to depart at 06.50. The bus finally arrived at 07.25. The driver would not speak to anyone and would not confirm if it was the bus for Genova. We finally left at 07.35. The bus trip was fine but the seat was broken and it was stuck in the reclining position. At the very least the bus people could at least acknowledge our questions. Passengers resorted to using another person to translate and communicate with the driver.

Drivers were suuuper nice

Drivers were suuuper nice! We drove from Rome to Naples and never have had such a nice experience on a bus ride! Even though we were alone, there were also separators between each seat in case it gets packed. I had never seen it before but it’s such a nice add.
